I’ve said it before, I absolutely rated these back in the day and everyone thought I was mad but compared to other similar spec bagless uprights from Hoover, Electrolux and Panasonic these were miles ahead performance wise. And they were really nice to use. I think this video proves that despite the filter they could still cope with quite a bit of abuse
I absolutely agree! They seem to be built like tanks, the motors keep going strong as well!
Fantastic airflow thanks to its wide airways, decent brushroll, large surface area on the filter, huge bin capacity, a range of tools, I just love them seriously 😂
In these times 20 years later I highly rate the Vax air stretch uprights, those really perform incredibly!
@@parwaz7861 I think the issue was people passing judgement without actually trying one. They used to get very unfairly slated.
Definitely, and also because they look so similar to a Vax Swift and automatically assume they’re similar, when infact they’re completely different machines, the difference is like night and day in terms of performance
These were back around my time used to see them everywhere they are really underrated machines if the filters were better i think it’d be one of the best of their machines vax have produced some great stuff in the past
I completely agree, I was the same, even though it had the pleated filter, it was big enough with a big surface area to maintain a good deal of airflow, they were proper robust, and had decent brushrolls that created quite a bit of agitation if the height selector was set correctly
🧡💛 OMG! FREAKING PHENOMENAL 💛🧡 MUST SHARE!!
Thank you Janelle!!! 🤩😁❤️
Here in america they were labeled dirt devil . That thing worked great !
I’m actually very impressed! It did a good job I believe
Omgosh i could watch your videos all day long

Wow, its actually quite a good hoover, took on this mest test no problem 😊 👌
Awesome isn’t it! 😁
Brushbars on these older vaxes are just incredible, we used to have a quicklite widetrack V045 and the bristles were super long and stiff and it groomed carpets so well, agitation with a new belt was insane. Such a good machine apart from the elephant in the room - their filtration lol
Vax designed some fantastic brushbars didn’t they! Never used a quicklite before, would love to try out out someday 😂
Yeah it’s a shame about the filtration, I’m glad they make the Vax Airs now, with aggressive brushbars and a multi cyclonic design it’s their best ever upright imo
@@parwaz7861 Yes definitely! My grand parents had a vax mach 8 which to my memory was multicyclonic and that was miles better
Filter was never really washed on it by them but i remember it not being too dirty so definitely better then the old ones 👍
Another Spectacular Video ✨💯🥰
Thanks thanks!! 😋😋
Very VERY powerful machines
Gave mine up ages ago but to be fair it was a big cleaner in a small house and was just too much sadly
Always enjoy tayyabs amazing massive mess tests!!!!
Satisfying video one of my favorites
Woohoo!!! Thank you Mike 😁✌🏽
Oh my gosh absolutely YES
Wow! Impressive.
Thanks!😁
The Brushroll Is Sounds Crazy Than The Eureka One.
Incredible Parwaz! 🧡💯🎉
😁☺️✌🏽
Amazing job by the vax!! 🤩
Satisfying
I like it 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
grew up with one of these here in america badged as a dirt devil, thing replaced a fantom cyclone XT that had a suction motor failure. only issue we ever had was the turbo tool that came with it if a rock got jammed in it itd fling the retaining clip off as it got jammed lol. the only bagless upright ive known in my life capable of running a turbo well besides the kirby and its zip brush
Thats awesome!! Thanks for sharing your experiences I really enjoy hearing about other’s vacuum experiences 😁✌🏽
Cool vac!
I love that vacuum if I lived in the uk that would be my vacuum I have a blue dirt devil kinetix it's a really good vacuum but I know that vacuum is very powerful lol
Here in Australia we have a Vacuum cleaner store called Godfreys, people here may have heard of it.
Anyway they recently went bust and I am desistated because they were also so helpful and they reminded me of you Parwaz.
Thought I’d just share it with you.
OH MY GOD. I’ve bought a couple of vacuums over the years from Godfreys and had them shipped over here to the UK. They were brilliant and really accommodating, there was never any problem sending the vacuums over from Australia to the UK, I’m genuinely gutted
@@davedebang-bang6168 yeah, they are still here is melbourne thankfully, but I think we have maybe 10 in the span of each one being a 45 minute distance for each other, I think the only big one left is in Cranbourne.
Nice sound good job👍
DR. N. TRANCE: This vacuum kinda reminds me of the Dirt Devil Powerswivel Vision Glide.
You should try the Bush Multi Cyclonic Bagless Corded Upright Vacuum Cleaner, see how it does.
They did a multi cyclonic upright?!
Can't wait to see it clog!
try a dc24
Oooooooooooooooooooo😂😂🎉🎉❤❤
What vacuum cleaner is the ABSOLUTE BEST on carpets?? As in which gas bed the best clean line is n a single pass?
The most powerful modern vacuums I’ve used are all quite comparable;
Sebo Felix
Dyson ball (latest version)
Sebo X7 for thicker carpets because the felix can be hard to push
Vax air stretch pet max is phenomenal on low pile carpets
Kirbys are impressive too!
