Our Aluminum Multi-position (articulating) ladders come in model 13, model 17, model 22, and model 26. The numbers indicate what size of ladder in feet when in extension. So a model 17 is a 17 foot extension ladder (but there is overlap, so ends up being about 15 feet in actual length) Let me know if you have more questions! Also you are welcome to visit our website which has more specs about each ladder.
I still cannot figure out how to close this model so it’s flat for storage - she zips through it so quickly in the demo I can’t see what she’s doing. :(
So at the top of the A-frame are two hinge buttons, and if you press those in, then it unlocks the ladder so you can fold it into storage, or turn it into an extension ladder.. Some of our more recent demo videos explain the hinges better: ruclips.net/video/sEd-HgOLlJA/видео.html this one mentions it within the first 15 seconds.

A lot of people assume all articulating Little Giant Ladders are the same, but as you can see from this video, the LT is light in comparison. I would recommend laying the ladder down to extend it, and then foot the ladder at the bottom of a wall, and then bring the ladder up hand over hand. Safety first!
"Too heavy" is something we hear often, and many times they are talking about our older models that have since been updated as we have innovated and improved them. When you compare our multi-position ladders like the Velocity, Leveler, etc. they are similar to, if not lighter, than those who have used the similar Little Giant design, and ours usually have built-in features that add to the users safety (like built-in ratchet leveling). What projects are you working on and how high do you need to reach? There may be other options instead of a multi-position ladder, such as a platform style product, that weighs much less, if it fits your needs better.
You might be thinking of the older Classic ladder that was indeed quite heavy. As time went on and technology has improved, our multi-purpose ladders, even with extra features, are similar or lighter than many competitor products.
I could never get the locking pegs to go in without smacking them with my hand, now they are cracked and broken...
Same problem here! They stick so bad!
Excuse me, what is the length of the ladder

Little giant velocity
If I tried to flip that ladder up like that by myself, I would fall on my face and I am a man.

Because you are pussy not a man
LOL! I hear you! They make it look so easy. I just got mine today and it was not that easy for me... maybe I need practice!
Thank you! It’s either CGI or a fake ladder.
Little giant ladder is too heavy.

Your person demonstrating must be Superwoman. That ladder is too heavy for someone of her stature to manipulate it as she does.
