Less than 250-300 now a days is not at par with a country which is at 4th rank in global power and economy. maximum express trains 70% times 60-80 k speed me chalti hai , 15% time times 80 km/h. Rajdhani k lea dusre trains ko rok diya jata hai (GAWARS solution). Jis din normal Indian express trains ki speed 250-300 km/h hue uss din samjhunga IES koi real output laa rahe hai esle ye sab checking ka kam wagera 10th pass with a month training v kar lega (you know very well). Being a IES how many new solutions technologies patents you have field, you have found solution to something yourself and implemented ?? Dusre countries se product lene ko new innovation nahi kehte. Kya trains k wheels k material me new solution nikala hai jo 45 days k badle 6 months chale ?? have you implemented sensors and new scanning machines which will check all parts wear and tear in 1 hour ??

This upcs and all the jobs related ( ias ips ies ifs ) were bought by Britishers to rule over common citizen of india not to serve people and it's still going same. All these dumb head ias ips say they want to serve public 🤣🤣. Are they even accountable to their deeds , are they even reachable?? Road in front of house is broken since years and water logging every time in rains . Who will fix ?? Where is that asshole district DM(IAS ) and his people. These raata Mar people are dumb head have 0% problem solving abilities. Give the same task to a private contractor like L&T , TATA with strict terms and conditions they will make roads like expressways in few hours . First all these ias ips ies creatures should be severely punished publicly for all the poor quality work and the pending work plus for the public issues they have not taken any action. these so called civil servants are a Balck spot on economy and the country. They get salary with the tax payers money which we give. My tax is equal to his salary and that asshole does nothing. whatever a ias ies does is just basic managing work for which there is no need to have a brain 🧠. Problem solvers are required like who will take responsibility to get all the electric wires underground and remove all electric poles remove all small shops which block the roads and footpath. Make roads wider by making drainage system totally underground. Make huge underground reservoirs like in Japan which gets filled with all extra rainwater. But instead of this these ias make roads higher which makes people home lower and rainwater goes in people home from roads. They should be punished and repay all salary or in jail till they repay. Why there are still railway crossing?? Which can be replaced by small flyovers and underground passess. People have to wait till train goes or train have to wait. Railway station shed can be replaced by solar panels long ago which will supply station power itself. These ias ips ies came just for fame name( which only same dumb people give them) power corruption money and freebies rest all is lie. A dog is more respected than these ias ips ies .
