Ingredients:
4 cups shredded Caribbean sweet potato
1 small piece grated yellow yam
2 cups flour
1 ½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp each of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and allspice
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond extract
1 cup coconut milk
¼ cup shredded coconut meat
2 tbsp dark rum
Glaze
½ cup brown sugar
½ water
¼ cup dark rum
