NFI, ha ha. Welding a bearing outer casing with the earth clamp on the shaft. Should last a couple of hours of usage. 😀😀

I don't know about other viewers. When I watch this I just see how lucky he was not getting hurt using all those tools the wrong way or with no protection. Drilling in to your hand, welding with out gloves. placing the ground on the shaft of the bearing your welding(could have welded your bearing). holding a part your welding with a bare hand.
I was thinking, push hard and drill a hole in your hand.
Breath in the zinc fumes.
A bit of arc eye anyone.
Never mind I will have good swig of bleach for breakfast.
Randy while I can see where you are coming from, in the less developed parts of the of the planet it is a case of just get on with the job. I am 58 and still have all the bits and pieces I started with, minus several teeth and some brain cells

An interesting project. Those 775 motors alone have some pretty decent specs. for their size so with that additional attached gear reduction (WHY DO YOU REFER TO IT AS A ''STARTER''???), the additional torque is handy. Would you mind informing a fellow ''HACKER'' (I consider myself as a ''TINKERER'') where you found these 775 gearmotor assemblies? By the way, you really should invest in a few more tools like a vice, a grinder with a cutoff disc & an inexpensive drill press with a vice . Again, an interesting project.

@@johnbravo7542Hey, thanks for IDing these ''starters''(???). I've seen other videos from this guy & I was wondering what or where these ''gearmotor assemblies'' were scrounged from. Why he refers to them as ''starters'' is odd, but whatever. Are these used or can be found in most vehicles today or are they only used in certain makes of vehicles? At 58, I've been a ''born & proud scrounger'' my entire life so by now, I've accumulated a large inventory of STUFF in my basement I tinker with, but I would like to ''scrounge'' some of these. Thanks again for the info.
No entiendo el porque ahora estan usando esos viejos motores que son muy ineficientes. la tecnología brushles es mucho mas eficiente y el costo es muy parecido. Mas el ahorro logrado en peso. Porque el esfuerzo para adaptarlos me parece mucho.
Se consiguen con estas potencias. Donde? y supongo que se usarían targetas controladoras o no?
@@eurisespinosacandelario9545 claro que si. los consigues en cualquier tienda de aeromodelismo. para una bicicleta te sirve bien un motor 5065 con 6celdas y un controlador de 80A. esto te limitaria a 1760 watts. con una eficiencia de 70% un buen proovedor sera Hoby King( es en China)

В редукторах дырки насверлил..смазки нет..с цепи на таких оборотах тоже всё слетит..какой смысл?..руки занять только что
