Vibes
AND went to LAW SCHOOL?!?! amazing.
I love how you take time to explain the ingredients and prepare the foods.
Buckwheat…good substitute for orzo. No one ever does anything with buckwheat and it’s super duper awesome!
This is the first time I've ever caught one of your lives - although on the replay!🤗 Congrats on your successful move, the numbers milestone, and a yummy recipe. Also, thanks for sharing some things about your journey. It was enjoyable to "meet" you & Max!👍🏼
I made this today and o can’t stop eating it!!! ♥️♥️♥️ love this. Definitely a go to from now on! Thank you 😊
I am having my moms food and watching this, the day can’t get better.
Sounds like a lovely day :) Mom's food is always the best.
@@RainbowPlantLife Well, until you get your own place and learn how to cook :)
Just do the how to. Leave answering questions for later very distracting could not watch
Great cooking, miss! It was amazing and I love to try out this dish that I've never seen before.
New Zealand! The most beautiful place on earth, with the friendliest people.
This was so fun Nisha, Thank you!!
So awesome, Nisha! Food suggestions for future livestreams for me would be ANYthing Thai. I'm pretty obsessed.
I LOVE lemon orzo pasta salad and I’m so so excited to have a vegan recipe!!
Thank you and congrats on the 500K. 👍🏻
This looks absolutely delicious and I’m definitely going to make this this summer! I love anything with lemon 🍋
Just found you last night. I have been binging ever since. Thank you so much for this phenomenal content! Sending love. ❤️❤️❤️
Great job 👏 excited to try this recipe
That looks amazing and I sure hope I can do this recipe justice
From NYC but now in SC. Love your show. Thanks so much 😇
Love your recipes and happy videos😋🙏😍
Looks delicious, definitely going to have to preserve some lemons so I can make this.
I made this and we loved it! I didn't have enough spinach so added curly kale. The Kale was much to tough. I would stick with the baby spinach or wilt the kale separately. You have a great channel! I'm such a fan!!
Made this last night as a side dish. So good and filling. I will be taking the leftovers for my lunches this week.
Thanks for sharing this simple recipe healthy and delicious.
This looks delicious. I'm planning on making it when my sister is in town in a few weeks!
Time went by fast, fun!
And thanks to you, I'm the new proud owner of a set of Kan knives! Barney is a sweetheart!
Hi Nisha! I am a night shift nurse and on my nights off I look forward to watching your videos! This live video was so much fun!! Cauliflower steaks next!!
Definitely, a cat to sit on your lap and purr and adore you when you're not working. Dogs great too, but lizards offer little emotional gratification, cool as they are.
This vid popped up in the background whilst I was thumbing through your “The Vegan instant pot cookbook” for this weekend’s inspirations. Full transparency… I’ve made many of the meals. I’ve never made any of them in an instant pot.😅
I tried to wait and watch you but I was too sleepy 😩😩
But I love you and your videos so much Nisha
You are so so fun to watch ❤️😍😍😍
Wil Young and You are my favorites. I have all the cookbooks...💖💖
You are divine, a trancendental godess of cooking, love it!!

Yes
Even if you're not vegan...these make good side dishes. With fish and chicken. They help you eat more healthy.
Cleveland Tennssee here…. Absolutely 💕 love you!!
Love and miss Sahadis so much!!!
Sadly I was asleep 6 hours ago in Sydney, Australia Nisha. Well, good for me that I was sleeping 😴 but I always love your recipes, so here I am catching up. I am having a cup of pear and green tea with an apple resting on your book because I use it all the time. Am about to make your "The Best Damn Ratatouille" for a cold, windy winter lunch. Your summer is our winter of course and we are once again on covid lockdown. It's that dreaded delta variation on the loose. Being able to make great food has become even more important these days 👍🏻
Thank you for everything! I subscribed via mail to your newsletter!
I’d like to see you cooking outside (e.g garden etc.)
LAWYER?! WHATTT! i had no idea! happy you got away from that, seems like you’re a lot happier now.

Great cooking 😋😋😋😋😋
Network TV needs to snag you. You are so good.
I am allergic to both cats and dogs, but my husband always had an outdoor dog… that I had to take care of! I do like both types of animals. And now we have a golden doodle, who gets to hang out with me because they are very hypoallergenic.
I just saw how your counter top is lie mine..............i love your recipe. I also i am completely return to Vegan food like my son really is. Thank you so much for being real.......................Merci, Merci ,merci beaucoup
I absolutely love, love, love your channel. Question, what brand is the cast iron skillet that your using.
Yup, you got the platform, go gurl! 😂😂😂❤

Hello from the beatiful Space Coast of Florida! xoxo
My husband and i aren't vegan but i do see the advantage of eating more plant based meals. I have been making 2 meals a week that are just plant based and at first my husband would complain but i love your channel and make several of your recipes and he is really coming around and enjoying the meals and not missing the meat on those meatless days...Made this for dinner and omg he practically ate the entire bowl....lol....was planning left overs but that's not going to happen.....
You're amazing!
You could use quinoa, that is so delicious and very nutritious :)
Very Cool Video!
I love all your recipes! I have made it a few where I'm like hmm but they may be chalked up to operator error Lol
All the way from South Africa
Trying with riced cauliflower. Hi from North County.
Just found you on You Tube, wow what fantastic recipes. Do you have a link to buying spices and condiments. Wondering what I need to stock up on.
This looks amazing I love watching your videos… i’m such a huge supporter of your channel you make me want to be vegan I’ve slowly transition from eating meat to more of a pescatarian diet for today slowly transitioning into a vegetarian I’m not at the vegan status yet I am so inspired I am going to try eating vegan for a month In October I will be purchasing your book yesterday this Friday
I love how she pronounces her S's
Made this delicious recipe! Would love the video to be edited though after the "live" date. Too much time (almost 2 hours) to watch this.
Hi Nisha, please can you make a vegan/ vegetable Korma. It's one of my favourite Indian dishes to take away but of course they don't sell a vegan version in most restaurants. Your help would be appreciated. Thank you.
I, too, find basil unappealing, particularly in large quantities. There’s something about it that tastes like I’m having a hotdog. I don’t know what properties it has that create that flavor, but I find it vile. Cilantro is my default herb.
Yummmmmmm

Here in Texas, many types of chili peppers are available, and we grow them, too! We keep chipotle peppers, which are smoked jalapeños. Would that sub well for the Aleppo peppers?
Hi Anne, so nice you grow your own peppers! Smoked jalapenos would be a fun addition (if you grind them up), but they are quite spicy compared to Aleppo peppers, so go easy on that.
Hello from England, I can hear you loud and clear
Good deal!
I'd love a Bibimbap recipe!

I love your recipes and videos, I’m glad you are not a lawyer..!!!😄😅

Made this salad last night, it is excellent, but a little salty.

Do you have a cookbook?
😋😋
What can you use instead of orzo that is not so processed?
Hi Karen! Couscous, barley or cauliflower rice could work well. Happy cooking!
