pasan los años y las canciones de hanson son mis favoritas.. me entristece que la gente los subestima, ellos merecen mas reconocimiento, son una banda espectacular, con gran talento, buenas canciones con emotivos mensajes.
My dad passed away in 1997. I was 7 yrs old. He was literally gone when I woke up. I played this song on repeat. I had the middle of nowhere cassette tape and I played it till it broke. I think this song is the only reason my 7 yr old self was able to deal with that.
I just found out about 3 hours ago that my grandpa had passed away this morning. This was the first song that I thought about listening to. RIP Grandpa. I love you and I'll always miss you.
I lost my grandmother in 2010, and this was the song that we had chose to play at the closing of her funeral, and just before we began - the funeral home lost electricity. I like to believe that was my Grandma's doing, because she hated funerals, and that was her way of saying, "I'm here." I miss her everyday - it's been two years today that I stood by her side and lent her my strength and watched her leave this world. I miss her more everyday. Beautiful song.
My grandma passed away six years ago, and this song will always remind me of her. A few months after she passed, I did actually have a dream where she told me she would always be with me and she was watching over me. I definitely feel like she wouldn't want us to mourn her, but rather celebrate the time we had with her. Thank you, Hanson.
I lost my grandmother today and this is seriously the best song to cope with... Even my dad ((it was his mother)) who CAN NOT handle emotions, and hates hanson, is finding this song helpful
My Grandmother just passed away Sunday. I played this song at least 7 times crying but its the words I know she would tell me. I've known this was her song since it came out. It helps knowing she won't have the pain of the cancer treatment.
This song comforted my mother when she lost her mother. She still cries whenever she hears it. It is such an awesome one. Esp since they were so young...
i can relate to those with lost loved ones... My husband is still here by my side to comfort me when i think of my grandfather... he passed away august 27, 2011
WITH YOU IN YOUR DREAMS If I'm gone when you wake up please, don't cry And if I'm gone when you wake up It's not goodbye Don't look back at this time as a time of heartbreak and distress Remember me, remember me 'Cause I'll be with you in your dreams Oh, I'll be with you, oh, oh... This song always helps me cope with death... Currently using it for my duck... I used it for my grandfather and my cat and one of my good friends... It is the one thing that helps me cope... In highschool, I was allowed to have my MP3 in an exam because they knew it was just this song playing over and over... I would never have attempted to do the exam without this song

I lost my grandmother in 1997, and I can relate to this song so much that every time I hear it, my heart just breaks.
Considering this song was written to honor their grandmother who had just passed away, yeah.. it's appropriate to want it at your funeral. :)
I bought the Middle Of Nowhere cd in 1998, a few months after my sister passed away. This song helped me get through it
ooh so sorry you lost your sister but what a lovely way to remember her Hanson so rock

WITH YOU IN YOUR DREAMS
If I'm gone when you wake up please, don't cry
And if I'm gone when you wake up It's not goodbye
Don't look back at this time as a time of heartbreak and distress
Remember me, remember me
'Cause I'll be with you in your dreams
Oh, I'll be with you, oh, oh...
But If I'm gone when you wake up please, don't cry
And if I'm gone when you wake up don't ask why
Don't look back at this time as a time of heartbreak and distress
Remember me, remember me
'Cause I'll be with you in your dreams
Oh, oh Don't cry I'm with you
Don't cry I'm by your side
Don't cry I'm with you
Don't cry I'm by your side
And though my flesh is gone, whoa
I'll still be with you at all times
And although my body's gone, oh
I'll be there to comfort you at all times
Oh, oh
But If I'm gone when you wake up
Please, don't cry
And if I'm gone when you wake up
Its not goodbye
Don't look back at this time
As a time of heartbreak and distress
Remember me, remember me
'Cause I'll be with you
Cos I'll be with you..
I don't want you to cry and weep, oh
I want you to go on living your life
I'm not sleeping an endless sleep, oh
'Cause in your heart You have all of our good times
Oh, all of our good times
Oh, oh, you have
Cos if I'm gone when you wake up
Please dont cry
An did im gone when you wake up its not goodbye
Don't look back at this time
As a time of heartbreak and distress
Remember me, remember me
'Cause I'll be with you in your dreams
