Wahl has the best trimmers and clippers so many tools have come out but to me nothing beats wahl

Also, I love all the newer brands but I just can’t get used to how light most of their machines are, especially for freehand shaping. And I definitely know what you mean by pushing the hair vs shaping. Having the right blade helps but nothing will ever compare to the Andis master with the fade blade for that technique.
I’m so glad I’m not alone on the free handing beards situation and I agree it’s something with the old school clippers that just get the job done
This is one of the best barber videos I’ve seen. I been in the game 20 years and I never knew Wahl invited the electric motor clippers started. I gotta look back at my school book, but I’m pretty sure this wasn’t in there. Gonna use this as a trivia question for the guys in the shop tomorrow lol!

Preach it bro! I’m all for trying new clippers and I love doing so myself but it’s hard to find a real “upgrade” from the seniores ya know? They’re such a top of the line machine as is!
