I always thought this the brother turel but I just recently discovered turel isn't in the game
Sadly it is not, supposedly it was planned but due to hardware and time wasn't included. Thanks for watching

When you fight the human Sarafan version of Turel in Soul Reaver 2, Raziel comments on him missing from the game. "The vampire Turel had eluded me."
