Nice channel and I'll be following with interest. I'm 66 and had 2 heart attacks and CABG in 2019. Currently trying to see how much of my cardiovascular and strength capacity I can recover, so more rehab for now. Also into kettlebells - would be interested to see some of your KBs and strength sessions. All the best!
@@Johan10683 Johan, thanks for reaching out. I was thinking about doing a video on my cardiac health a few weeks back, and your comment has prompted me to do that in the next 2-3 weeks. In terms of the Kettlebells, this is the session I used initially and return to regularly. I started out using a 6kg bell, nowadays use a 10kg, which I find gives me a full workout. I started the session just doing the first 20mins and then built it up over the weeks as it makes you sore to start with. ruclips.net/video/vqRNQRLe9Jc/видео.htmlsi=qNefdZthJu8hD-32
Go for it sir. Get a couple of 800s in for strength maybe? I’m 57 and a miler and I couldn’t hope to get anywhere near 60 seconds again so I’m in awe of your leg speed.
