At 1:00 PM, The City of Forth Worth Texas conducted a Weekly test of their outdoor warning sirens on Wednesday, July 14th, 2021. The test consisted of a Short Wail.
This siren is located atop the Northwest Tarrant County College campus. There are 4 more of these sirens located atop all four of the other TCC campuses.
Forth Worth Tests every Wednesday of the month at 1:00 PM Weather Permitting, the test runs for about 10 seconds. A longer test is conducted on the first Wednesday.

There is a vortex right across the highway, I could see it rotating from where I parked.
