      It really is pretty impressive how far technology has come lately, and the price point for entry into this stuff is so much lower than just a couple years ago. Plus there's so many resources here to watch tutorials and what not. Thanks for following along!

      Thanks! It really is so useful, and with no price barrier for makers it's such a great tool. I just got done designing some sheet metal plates to fill in some of the frame I just cut, and it took less than an hour. I would have been in the garage cutting cardboard, then tracing and cutting and grinding for a couple hours at least. Now just have to send the files to the cnc plasma and we're good to go.
      I appreciate the support too, Thanks!

My Rhonda project (K24 Powered Renny) is kind of at a stand still currently simply due to time and funds. Starting a new business that is the priority right now, so I'll get back to work on her once we get this thing off the ground. Keep on cranking my friend.

      The Renegade was FWD only, but I'm using the RWD drivetrain from the Dodge Charger. I'd love to make this thing AWD, but the front would be very difficult to make work since the suspension was relocated in relation to the engine.

    • @HEMIGADE

      Yeah, it's a Ryobi screw driver, and comes in pretty handy usually. It's USB rechargeable and holds a charge for a while. I used it to assemble a cnc router table with a couple hundred screws, and definitely saved my wrist.

    If you don't mind me asking. What do you do to make a living. Some of the equipment you use is pretty pricey

    • @HEMIGADE
      @HEMIGADE  Год назад +2

      I don't mind at all. I work in the Industrial Instrumentation (process measurement) field for perto-chemical refineries. Yeah tools can get a little pricey, but the 3D scanner is one of the cheapest on the market, and the X1-C is on a card (0%). I built my CNC plasma table from scratch, and that took a few years. I try to be as financially responsible as possible (ryobi and harbor freight), but I do love me some tools.

      No offense brother. I've bin watched from episode 1 to this point and will continue to current time January 16 2023. Been watching and made several assumptions like no way can this guy be married he spends too much time outside happy and this guy has a well paying job with no degree cause you're a hustler man not afraid to jump right in head first. In my experience not many college degree types will take on tasks like this. They just don't do well at the risk of failure.... Keep crushing it sir I'm here from a RUclips short the other day have been looking at doing a hemi avenger someday myself just to be wild as hell and stay busy.
