The reporter lady says in end: "The treatment is currently still in its experimental phase. In countries abroad and Italy several studies are underway but it needs to be waited at least a couple of years until the results can be confirmed or not."
My comment: Zamboni said in another interview that doppler exams will be made available in hospitals across italy by the end of this year. However, when intervention will be offered...no clear timing, stimes 2 years for research is mentioned...

    Zamboni explains:
"Improvements depend on the state of the disease - we cannot expect miracles - it is not that s.o will stand up from the wheelchair and walk - they can however expect to perceive an increase in quality of life. Improvements can also be monitored in initial phases with a significant decrease of relapses and improvements visible with MRI" Fancesca reports improvements related to sensibility, eye sight + slight motoric improvements, like better walking for a leg +dancing again!
