Not getting soul ring early with re-arm is a confusing choice. At least they finally got it, but usually you want to have it by the time you hit 6. Though I suppose that's because you can usually use it to farm with march. Sky doesn't really have any farming spells, so it could be dangerous to try to fight with multiple soul ring uses lowering his hp.

Thought the combo was gonna be a lot more dangerous than it actually is. I think the sky just didn't get lvl20 fast enough. Other team was already farmed and tanky. This feels like a worse build than the time I got rearm, rocket flare, and living armor.
It isn't all that strong, it require a vision on the enemy which any savvy player would only show themselves for a short period of time once they know the combo is going (+once it become late game you don't want to show yourselves anyway since the game become whoever get the first pick so everyone is always trying to gank someone). The projectile is slow and not that strong so there's no instant pushing potential (the enemy creep can still advance as long as the enemy Hero keep killing your creep unlike nature prophet that can just stop creep push as long as he had vision). The slow can be purged and i believe you can just disjoint the projectile, get a pipe or just a hood and it's pretty much just a nuissance. It's just very annoying

Why would he buy octraine when he has rearm and 3 out of 4 of his spells don't even have cast range to benefit from the cast range bonus. Not that icepath benefit much with cast range and he doesn't even have active items that can make use of the cast range. If he needed it to lower bot cd arcane blink seems to be better to reduce all the cast point and also gives the cd reduction not to mention it can be refreshed with rearm.
@@ability_draft the point of this build is to lockdown ur enemies, it doesnt matter what item they get, every item has cooldown, they can never step out of their highground and ur team can keep pushing
@@mogu1656 the point of this is to lock down enemies with a barrage or decent damage and slowing projectile, if they step out of HG they get spammed with concussive shot

This combo actually is not that reliable : the damage is low and there is time for the travel of the shots. The main purpose of this combo is for slow only but still you will cost the number of your team in battles, 4 vs 5. This is not a good combo. Okay, but not good.
That combo: 1. Pushing lines. 2. Slowing enemies. 3. Deal small amount of dmg to enemy heroes. And in important moments dude fasttraveling to battle and make some crazy stuns)
what's the point playing mini game if you just want to stay at base and spam your skill? why not just quit dota and watch another X-mark Gaming replays on youtube instead?
