I have a CANON LBP 3010 on Lubuntu 20.04 I tried everythinh even compiling from source. It recognizes the printer but it does not work.

Internet connection required
Open terminal
Type command. sudo su
Enter password
Type command. apt-get update
After completing update
Type command. apt-get install libglade2.0

@@technet4727 I did that too. It recognises the printer and it even tries to send to it it says sending... and then noyhing happens.

Try this,
Open browser. In URL type
localhost:631
Select Administration
Add printer through that.
