It would be really great if you could make a video about " things to think about before travel, like packing and how to calm yourself down when you're nervous to travel alone for the fist time"
Love yours video, they do help a lot. Have a good day.

Would love to see a video about how you spend your days off - I’m worried I will not find anything to do on my days off because I don’t know the area! Your videos are so helpful and make me less nervous about being an Au pair!

Au Pair, Oh Paris I’m actually going to Italy but very close to Nice, France. Its a small town but I did just find out there will be another Au pair with me for Two months before she leaves and I carry on for another 10 months. Also in your homesickness video you said to come home for Christmas but it’s so expensive and takes 24hours for me to travel to Italy 🙈

Au Pair, Oh Paris Thank you so much! I’m going at the beginning of February so heaps of time to plan haha! I love the idea of making a list that’s a good idea and yes I’m hoping I catch on Italian fast because right now I have nobody to practice with haha thank you so so much! I will definitely let you know how everything goes! 😊💕

I absolutely love watching your videos, they’re so informative and also just really fun haha. I’m looking into being an au pair, I’ve worked in a daycare for two years out of hs and I just love children, but I want to travel and do what I love. The one place that I feel is calling me is rome. Thank you for your videos, and I can’t wait for your book 😊

It can be really awesome with the right family, hence why you also need the personality match. Make sure you interview your host family as housemates in mind.

    Hi girls,
Just came across your videos which are very interesting and informative btw :) , one question I have is do you need to speak a good level of french to au pair in france? or do your host families communicate with you in english for the most part? Thanks xx

Do you guys live separately to your host families then or have you? I've been so lucky so far with my family. Within the first day the kids were asking their parents to adopt me (lol) and I always eat with them and watch TV with them in the evenings with next to no awkwardness. Is this similar for you guys? X

Heeey...again👀 So I have had 2 host families and I find it really hard to live inside their home because even though there's technically free food I know that I pro'lly shouldn't touch it coz, children live here and if there's an uneven amount of Apple's coz you ate one someone's day is gonna suck (kid number 3). Or like my host mom is (bless her) a perfectionist so if I cook and she can smell that I cooked it's kind of like a don't make eye contact until she can forgive me...again. ie. When the house doesn't smell like zucchini any more. And coming home late at night and like sneaking in hoping you don't wake anyone but you kinda know you did, every time (although my "get quieter" tactics have gotten better), sucks. However if I did not live here then who oh who should provide me with highly stealable snacks? Hmmmm. Who's bed would I jump on when they're off at work saving lives? Who's blender and coffee machine and helping the kids eat their Halloween candy would probably all have been harder had I not lived here. But on the real not knowing when I can leave got hard so now i just ask if anyone still needs anything from me once I've finished all my usual tasks and the kids are in bed and generally it's a no but then it's nice and clear for everyone and that's good. Also living with my host family forced us to become friends i think. And we do weird stuff together now because we've seen each other in underwear (mostly I've done the seeing😢). But it's nice when we're drinking wine and tripping over mattresses together or threatening to lock each other in giant barrels of salt for bad behaviour (again I'm mostly the threatee) but I'm glad I live with them even though it has it's downs. Mostly related to the fact that Monkies can run into my room at 8:00 on weekends. Again. Great videos. I think I watched almost all yalls vids. Love em
