i have a 12ton press in my garage, is it possible for me to just use the press to ''press'' it in instead of cooling and heating the parts?

Just ordered a set of these for my HPI Baja 5b. Once installed do I set the Camber Angle with the Upper Adjustable Arm at the standard dimension of 12mm gap as per the HPI Instruction Manual?

Do you have to freeze the bearings ? Or would the expansions of the aluminum in the oven be enough ?
