  • Hello everyone, Today I show how to cook Pig Blood Curd easily and quickly. Pig Blood Curd Pickled tastes tasty in 15 minutes.
    ▶ Ingredients :
    ● 500g, Pig Blood Curd
    ● 200g, Bean Sprout
    ● 5 leaves, Spring Onions
    ● Cooking Oil
    ● 4 cloves, Chopped Garlic
    ● 1 tbsp, Sugar
    ● 2 tbsp, Soy Sauce
    ● 1 tbsp, Oyster Sauce
    ● A pinch, Salt
    ● A pinch, Peppers.
    ▶Method:
    1. Cut the pig blood curd into medium cubes.
    2. Fry the garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
    3. Add the pig blood curd and fry until completely cooked, about 2 to 3 minutes.
    4. Season the pig blood curd with sugar, salt, peppers, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir until combine well.
    5. Fry the bean sprout until soft, about 1 minutes.
    6. Sprinkle the spring Onions. Stir for a few seconds.
    Prep Time: 3 - 5 mins.
    Cooking Time: 5 - 10 mins.
    Total Time: 15 mins.
    Serving: 2 - 3.
