I wish I could like this video 1000 times! Thank you so much for sharing this info and shoutout to your friends for letting us see what each unit looks like :)
Thank you for this great video, you are the best! Do you happen to have any videos/pictures of the other grad housing communities? I am having a hard time finding pictures of what the Palo Verde floor plans look like inside.
I applied for housing but still debating which one I should rate first. I was wondering about Unit N in the new verano housing (non towers) if you have any idea if they have updated flooring to hard floors? Otherwise I am also considering the Unit L (Townhouse in Palo Verde) and if they are updated ?
From what I understand, only the Verano towers have hard floors. The rest still have the purple/gray carpet haha. Not 100% sure about Palo Verde, but I’m think they also have the carpet. Good luck with your housing offer! I didn’t get the floorplan I ranked first, but I ended up happy with mine.
Thank you so much for this video!! It was so useful for figuring out my housing choices. I got a spot in the Towers (the 650sqft one) and am a little distressed about the soace constraints, omg. Is there any way at all to get lengths of where the kitchen ends and the living area begins? Or size of bathroom? I'm trying to use one of those floor planning maps but am so stressed about space (especially with cats).
For floorplan H, I think the numbers end in (for example) 11, 21, or 31… or 17, 27, 37.. etc depending on if you’re on the first, second, or third floor. But you can always email the housing office to confirm!

Just wanted to say that this video is a life saver! I had no idea what to look for and this video confirmed Verano for me. Thank you!
Thanks for your video! It really help me to choose a housing!
Thank you so much for your video. Really helps me a lot!

I’m glad it’s helpful! I do not have stuff about Palo verde though, sorry. But it’s also a great community with similar vibes to Verano!

Is there elevators for unit m, for the four story building? Thank you!
Unfortunately there are no elevators for the 4 story buildings. Only elevators in the new towers

The floorplans are posted on the UCI housing website. Good luck!
Oh, yes! I meant more detailed than that (to start, whether the 9*10 includes the closet) but thank you!
Is there any way to tell if the H unit I was offered is upstairs or downstairs based on the unit number assignment alone?

Hi, for Unit I-J - do you know if the main flooring is typically carpet or hard floor? thank you. :)
From what I know, only carpet.
Only the new Verano towers seem to have laminate flooring.
Hope that helps!
