    Ms Martinez seems to have an almost impenetrable fog surrounding her. I have a feeling she is one of those people who doesn’t hear you the first 10 times you say something until you shout in her face, then asks ‘why are you being so mean?’ I would have loved to see Judge Boyd take a crack at getting through, but I think her downward descent is unavoidable.

Those charged in Jan 6 all proved willing and guilty to commit violent acts against government and a clear threat to the public.
      She’s constantly committing low level crimes including the felonies. Also all plea bargaining changes the sentencing. Judges can only sentence as their state laws allow. Her revolving charges are consistent with being stuck in the system and low income, possibly learning/mentally delayed or like conditions and minor drug use. There’s a whole roster of people similar who add to crowded jails. More pilot programs and funding addressing education, housing, basic needs, mental health services for those types of inmates and reoccurring arrestees can benefit the people and recidivism rates.

    I have ABSOLUTELY NO SYMPATHY for HER, NONE!! It's become EXTREMELY OBVIOUS, SAME EXCUSES, SAME STORIES ABOUT HOW SHE'S GONNA SHOW UP!!! She's taking ADVANTAGE of having different judges, so she's able to use the SAME STORIES and neither know this!! It's also OBVIOUS she learns NOTHING, cuz she's STILL got NEW CASES!! She NEEDS TO BE in JAIL for AWHILE, if not PRISON, MAYBE then she'll learn. DOUBTFUL.. Do the public defenders talk to each other??? She's had SOO MANY of them, they should know she's LYING to EVERYONE, and she knows how to WORK the system!! That's WHY she's got SOO MANY CASES. SHE'S NEVER HELD ACCOUNTABLE!!!

  • @paulabenson8675

    Hearing #3: "I've made it to court more times than I have missed..."
    Weird flex, (especially with 7 bench warrants having been issued), but ok. 🙄
    Edit: Just finishing the video. The courts are failing her and all of her victims (past and future). She has a serious addiction problem, and no desire to overcome it. Her history goes back way before this - she has cases in 2017, and even one in PA from 2020 regarding a single-vehicle accident and drugs/paraphernalia found on her person. No surprise her own grandmother passed on housing her; she's a mess of her own making.

    • @bluedragonfly8139
      @bluedragonfly8139 Месяц назад

      So you acknowledge that she *has no desire* to overcome her addiction and that she's a mess of her own making, but you think the court system has somehow 'failed her'?? The court system can send her to classes and give her resources, but it can't convince her to want to get help.

    • @jenn_x.
      @jenn_x. Месяц назад

      @@bluedragonfly8139 my point is that the courts have failed her by continuing to allow her to flake and make excuses. She needs to be held accountable for her actions; if not, she'll just continue to work the system until something major happens. This is also what I meant by the court failing all of her victims. By the time she's stopped, it'll more than likely be too late.

    If she’s been in therapy at Catholic charities since she was 7, that tells me she was likely a foster kid at some point in time. Catholic Charities is one of the social work arms of CPS in Michigan. My guess is her issue is trauma with poor coping skills and lack of access to mood regulation meds leads to a vicious cycle of self medication through substances and a lack of good people around because of this self destruction. Lots of FFY end up homeless.

    Nice work putting this all together. I understand the system has flaws, and there are numerous opportunities for things to fall through the cracks, but she brought this on herself. She can't talk her way out of this, which I'm guessing has usually worked for her in the past, but you can't continue to be a nuisance to the community and expect to continue. She is an absolute mess. Such a mess her Grandmother won't give her a place to stay.

    She's one of those people who has never faced any real consequences, she can talk her way out of everything because she's sweet (on the surface at least, I wouldn't be surprised if she's an actual nightmare underneath - I noticed one of the dismissed charges was DV) and pretty, that's why she's always checking how she's looking and fixing her hair and smiling nicely, because she's learned that's how she gets away with everything. Including actual crimes, apparently.

    Prosecutors should stop giving her easy plea deals and charge her for crimes which would mean a prison term, she needs a mid length prison term to wake her the fk up. Perps will just continue to break the laws when they know fk all will be done to them except maybe a term of probation, other words a smack on the back of the hand. She urgently requires a harsh prison term, one for the safety of other citizens and the other to cut down on theft in the state. So far it's all a joke to her, and she shows contempt for the courts by the constant failures to appear.
    The state just as well get rid of all law enforcement and just allow perps to commit any crime they want to commit. That way it will save the courts being required also any lawyer in the state except for divorce, property and specialist lawyers. As for prosecutors they will have caused their own unemployment. This will mean tax payers in the state getting a rebate in their yearly tax burden. Yes occasionally a plea deal will save money for the state by not prolonging cases and having the need for juries. But this young lass is trouble and shows her contempt for the court alongside the laws.

Probably how she was able to do some crimes - although her resisting arrest shows a dark side of her. She is a queen of manipulation, probably since a young child. wish she was held account fully for her first few arrests instead of allowing her to bargin and get the worst charges constantly dropped. Maybe she would have quit the crimes instead of going on, and on, and on.I like that she finally got a female judge who doesn't put up with a lot.

Finally now that she goes back into trouble I would simply give her the maximum one anything that's available. Forget any plea agreements. She does not abide by the fee agreements anyway and oftentimes doesn't even show up to court when it's to her benefit. Very good editing on this video. Thank you.

    So, commit a LITANY of crimes, never follow court orders, continuously abscond, waste countless social services and tax payer dollars, then the plan is to pay $350 and get probation for a couple of months - makes total sense, shocking there is any question as to why she doesn’t respect the law or social construct. I thought her grandma had her gallbladder removed and the ‘family needed her to come home and help care for her’, yet grandma then refuses to allow her to live with her. Waited at a friends house for a ride but then when the police show up her car is impounded? All of her worldly possessions are in her car but she needs to get out to pay rent? Needs to get out so she can register her pet as an ‘emotional support animal’? She’s just smart enough to say whatever it takes to get out of jail, agree to the social services and then blow them off. While she’S not on the hook for murder or something more aggressive, that doesn’t mean she is safe to be among the public, she has B&E on her record and many thefts, and someone who doesn’t care about rules or laws can easily escalate to more serious crimes, especially if they believe based on experience that they won’t be held responsible or suffer any consequences.
