Though there's one card that I think deserves mention : Muka Muka ( 600ATK 300DFN ) , it may seem weak , but it gains 300ATK for every card in your hand . If you equip a spell card to it while you have ... Say ... 6 cards in hand , you can take down most of monsters your opponent summons . Enraged Muka Muka is similar to it , but regular Muka Muka can be normal summoned . Basically , your opponent goes through the trouble of tributing and synchro summoning powerful monsters , only for you to normal summon a monster that can take them all down. Saved me many times
Azure eyes silver dragon. Synchro, once per turn during you standby phase, special summon one normal monster to the field from your graveyard. Combo that with a bunch of blue eyes and dark magicians and you have yer opponents life points on a platter

I have blast sphere and mirror force in my deck. I also have quaking mirror force, storming mirror force and drowning mirror force. I have 3 mirror force copies so 1 in each my deck.

My friend made me hate Horn of the Unicorn... when I played with my brother when we were younger, this card always backfired on us, but not him. Luckily, we did the same thing you ended up doing with building decks from deck boosters and that was the end of that. Still looking for Mirror Force or that Cylinder card that has an attack blocking effect, but instead of destroying monsters it directs the attack on the opponents life points. That card is pretty cool tbh.

It was a complete stale mate too because we were making decks on the spot so I didn't have a counter. We did a rematch though, and my Chaos End (My favorite card) was obliterating him. My friend had this one monster card I think (or it may have been a monster/trap card combo or some shit) which basically took the attack points of whatever monster it attacked first, and added it to its own total attack points. I could play a really careful move with boosting one of my monsters to a really high attack and then he'd just fuckin play that and erase my card while adding a super strong monster to his attack side. It was absolute bullshit.
I still have no idea why they ever printed the Seal of Orichalcos as an actual usable card. I mean seriously, that shit was designed as OP anime bullshit for a filler arc of the original anime to make the bad guys seem creepy and mystical. Goddamn Atlantis is a fucking plot point in that arc, and yet more than half of the shit they cooked up for it is now in print.

Scapegoat? If I have a field I can usually attack 4 times a turn. Or I just deny it with "Shien Says No". I also deny Scrap-Iron and Call of the Haunted similarly. Blast Sphere/Man-Eater Bug? Hah! Any face-down gets attacked with Irou, who immediately destroys set monsters on declaration. Mirror Force can eat my Magatama, thank you very much, and it's a counter trap so it's spell speed ridiculous and can't be counted except by something costly like Solemn, because nobody puts Counter Counter in their deck (except me, because I love anti-meta). Seal of Orichalcos....well...I can use Shien to block it because it negates the card, so it doesn't activate, and doesn't get it's own effect to protect it. Problem is, that doesn't count as activating it so if they have another they can play it. Likely constructed decks will use 1 and 2 Terraforming to search it out since they'll only get to play it once anyway. Yeah, that one annoys me. However...my least favorite card in ALL yugioh is...anything like Macro Cosmos that turns the graveyard into the banished zone. I run my damned deck from the graveyard, it's called Red/Blue Six Samurai, so if I don't have a graveyard to cycle monsters through, I lose half my strats and the one that can, in one loooooooooooong turn, wipe my opponent's board. Course...I could just play Gladiator Beasts instead if they're gonna go there. :3
The thing that gets me about scapegoat is that if you can use it to summon obelisk instantly My freinds always use this at it annoys me to no end because I don't really know how to counter obelisk other than using your own obelisk
Isaac Steele Can't you Solemn the summon? I don't remember it having an effect that makes it impossible to negate. Unless it says otherwise on the card, any effect that stops trap and magic cards from being used on it doesn't begin working until after summoning is successful. If you negate the summon with, say, black horn of heaven, it's effect isn't working yet because it's not on the field.
