    The content is visually very easy to understand, so thank you. A suggestion for future videos: please either remove or turn down the background music. As someone with ADHD I found it very difficult to focus on & understand the dialog because of the competing auditory items. I had to watch multiple times & only in short bursts. Thank you!

    Hi, first i want to thank you for this excellent video, very good explanation ! I just need a little clarification on your burn up charts, how come on the third Sprint the team as deliver less SP they have delivered(15SP) but on your chart you are marking a dot higher than Sprint 1 and Sprint 2 ? Shouldn't it be lower ?
    Thank you

    • @OeLean
      @OeLean  2 года назад +6

      Thank you for your comment, actually the line that o draw is the sun of the points from
      Previous sprints to explain how much was delivered in total in sprint 3, so in sprint 1 it was only 18, in sprint 2 they delivered 20, so I total it was 20+18 = 38, in sprint 3 they delivered 15, which means in total for all sprints 18+20+15
      Each time when we need to draw the new dot we consider how many story points were added to the previous sprints

    Hi, thank you for the video. There's one thing I don't get though. in minute 5, are you saying that the team can deliver between 108 and 158 story points on that sprint?

    • @abs3704
      @abs3704 2 года назад

      no, she is saying from a cumulative perspective. In other words, by that sprint, the team will have completed 158 story points. If you understand scrum, you will know that everything depends on pbi.

    18,20,15 story points plotting needs review in this video, The line drawn for 15 story points is longer than for 20 or 18 story points.

    • @AlI-hg3xt

      This was an assumption that the estimated # of story points to deliver the features in the MVP is 135.
