i learned some good tricks from your video. another approach would be to use a 3D pen, kind of a 3D printer in a compact pen format. you can fill ab gaps between plasik parts.

切り取った部分と同じ種類の板を準備するのが一番重要な部分で、その板がなければ何も出来ない。

Yes ive done this repairing crack few years back with different approach instead of just melting it i actually put super glue then bore holes along the side of cracks then sewing it with the copper wire then apply heat gun then super glue again

You can use duct tape
I call it Aluminium Foil Tape

Não é fácil reparar plástico, quando aquecido ele perde a resistência tornando-o fraco, cola tipo adesivo instantâneo não resolve, porém essa técnica ai da tela de arame é bem eficaz. Parabéns pelo vídeo.

Excellent ... if a little unaesthetic, esp the copper wire strands. Liked the last idea of the wavy spring much more. But what the hell, it is a repair with resourcefulness, can't have everything. However, maybe a small shallow spoon-shaped tool head could be made to melt the plastic on pressing and then spread the plastic melt forward. Btw, what is the aluminium-backed tape he is using - haven't seen one in India markets.

Totally off topic but I've been searching for a soldering iron shank like yours with a side screw retainer to fit some leather creasing tips I bought. I can't find anything close here in Canada. Can you share the model or make of yours please. On topic, awesome video!
