May I suggest 60sqm 2 storey house, 3 bedroom and separate t & b in 2nd floor then in 1st floor living room, t & b and G shape kitchen and dining In exterior design is cream and white color and also in interior design. Had a terrace in 1st floor and 2nd floor.
