Route 69 is a local route between Windward Mall and Sea Life Park. This route mostly follows along Route 67 once on Kalanianaole Highway, but skips Kailua Town, and turns onto Nalu Street if going to/coming from Sea Life Park. This route may also switch to Route 23 (Kahala Mall) at Sea Life Park and vice versa.
