I feel like I disagree with some of the data. For example, Bulgarian and Romanian relationship are pretty good, I would not see Bulgaria as neutral in this scenario. Also, Jordan siding with Hungary? Romania has had very good relations with Jordan in the past, even helping to build electricity grid and powerplants. I even met some Jordans who studied in Romania and speak Romanian fluently. I feel like maybe they would side more with Romania.
