Tokyo Drift is my favorite F&F movie. It's racing scenes are more advanced than most of the rest of the franchise, and basically takes the movie back to it's roots. A man training to be a better racer. No electronic heists, no liquid gold, no expensive af cars jumping between buildings.

They did not record that scene in Shibuya, they recreated Shibuya in a set. However they did film scenes in the streets of Tokyo that they had no permission for
The first one was ok. The third was really about cars and driving, and it honestly worked super well. I honestly really like 5 as well, even if the end is absolutely bonkers. The whole set up, and them getting away and it being a good ending for all was neat. But 3 has some sick driving scenes. They weren't launching cars into space...
