This one was fairly inexpensive and easy to setup. The barrel setup ended up being a lot of work and not super cheap. Also it hasn't rained since I installed them 😥 Happy gardening, hope your day is groovy! ✌💛🌳
@@growingorganic5382 I'm sure it will pay off when you get rain next at least. Have you heard of using old waterbeds to fill with rain? :) I've almost been considering building a frame and putting a tarp in it to capture a few gallons so I dont have to fetch water from the creek when I want it lol
it has the quick connection type of valve. So a normal hose won't work. After a season of using this I suggest making one from a plastic barrel. The liner ripped and made it garbage. 😭
God bless the Internet, there's always someone who has done the work of reviewing it 🙏 thank you😊
hey man, hows this holding up 3 years later?
I've seen these before! Glad to see it working for you, I may have to look into getting something like this some day!

@@ForageGardener that is a really good idea!
If you add a pump it would be perfect
I thought about that the other day. I may be on the lookout for one at garage sales now. Thanks for watching and thanks for the tip! 👍
Is it possible to connect a water hose to it at all?
