- One perk that I have really enjoyed using is the new mirrored illusion that allows us to place illusions on different objects around the map. I've gotten so much value from Mirrored Illusion + Blast Mine and I feel like such a mischievous little gremlin, most killers have been swinging at my illusion I love it.

I absolutely love this cowboy Jake fit it turns him into a high roller cowboy and that aesthetic has always been my favorite
Yeah I like this cosmetic too. The other suit jacket Jake has is pretty good too but this one is better. Wish more of the younger males had them, Jake is basically the only one aside maybe Adam (he’s in his late 20s right?) but that is his default which means it doesn’t feel like making a choice.
That first game was the absolute game of all time.

Aye this the build I recommended except I use bardic inspiration instead of diversion so I can play a lil jingle when they get blinded (the killers don’t think it’s funny)

I’ve been using this combo except for Pebble. I try to 99% a gen, Blast Mine, Mirrored Illusion, Red Herring, then hop out when they go to kick, finish it, then Bardic Inspiration so they know the song of my people.
a much more covoluted plan than just finishing gen right there and then.
but anything for the art to be heard!

Add repressed alliance to block the gen after the killer kicks it once so they get blast mined and can’t even do a followup kick to actually regress it
I’ve been running this exact build and it doesn’t always work, but when it does it feels so so good
Note to static illusion! I am a killer main and I'll let you in on what you already know; we're all time crunchers, so we don't really spend a lot of time examining everything we hit super precisely. I have literally hit static illusions of the dude I was mid chase in cos it was on a gen we ran past. Use the perk! It's fun and it actually messes with us (me and a few friends at least)
I haven’t seen it as a killer and yeah examining it as a survivor made me think it wasn’t that good. Didn’t help that one game I tried it was so impossible the killer was being given so many opportunities on a platter with everyone else they didn’t even notice the red herring
Still I loved the concept so it’s good to know it actually does work.
@@Peachrocks5 Oh don't run Red Hering! Like ever. A good chunk of killers can guesstimate its not a real failed skillcheck, or will only come to you if they have zero info on anything else, like, they wont interrupt a chase or approaching a more viable target just to go look at your gen.

i like to use wiretap with this combo instead of pebble so everybody can see the killers blunder

Mirrored illusion is great, I was able to use it to lure noed twins that was camping hook to a door heheh, we both escaped

I've been trying to pull this off for so long but every time I 99% the gen, a random meg will appear from the shadows, tap my gen and leave without a second thought-

I seen people doing a gen with the illusion on top of them and I had to double check
To be fair for mirrored illusion, it looks like it is difficult to see a survivor repairing the gen while inside the illusion. Possible double fake strategy?

I have no idea, I have someone else do them for me. My knowledge in that area is very limited.

Hot take, but BHVR did a massive mistake by "patching" Blast Mine's glitch when it deafened survivor instead of a killer
No matter if you're suddenly deafened across the map or if you are watching the explosion through the window, it was pure hype. And now, well... We have bloodpoint notification...

I once accidentally watched a Huntress get blast-mined on shack gen through the window. I had no idea my teammate had mined the generator, so when I paused mid-chase outside the window to peek in, I caught an eye-full of light. That was how I learned that blast-mine can blind survivors. It was hilarious.
