also i have pretty much the same type of hair as him which is a 4b and i used to do my hair just like that and also pretty much about the same length too, but i started watching Kxdsheldy’s videos and i found out how to properly put the products in my hair like one of the most things i would say is to divide your hair in sections that really helps to get all of the product on every single strand of hair and kinda like run your fingers through the hair when applying the products kinda like combing your hair with your fingers or unless using a brush, lol now im just saying too much

It’s actually better to apply these products while your hair is still wet, not dry it off. Applying while dry only makes your “curls” less defined
