Paula, i pound my chicken breast out and put garlic butter in the middle then wrap it tightly including using one or two tooth picks then i follow the rest of what you do. I also refrigerate it for 1/2 hour before air frying it.
Another vote for the slice of bread being a fantastic idea! Could I ask where you get your spray oil? I know a lot of North American cooks use Pam etc but I've not seen a good source for them over here and would like to give it a bash. This looks fab as ever, ta!

Hello @lizzieshaw6613 put on the lowrack of your 15in 1 and cook on roastbfor a similar time .
