This #recipe was created in little Italian village called Amatrice. The dish we are going to prepare on CookCast today is the famous #pasta all’amatriciana that take its name from the little Village where it was created. High quality of meat (“guanciale” = pork cheek or “pancetta” = pork belly), great tomatoes “pelati” and lovely (generous) pecorino Romano cheese are the main must have ingredients to make it taste perfect. Rome and all the Lazio region are the place where this dish is very popular and you can find it served with long & short pasta type. Long shape type of pasta more used for Amatriciana are for sure “Spaghetti” and “bucatini”. About the short type the most popular are for sure “rigatoni” or “mezze maniche”. All the rest you will find in the video! #nofearatall guys :)
