The longer extraction times that we have right now are crazy. I’m still a little upset that the mission went so smoothly just for the extraction to be as chaotic as it was.
12:30 that gunship had beef to try and make you die over your own arsenal! but seriously, the rockets should have a nerf for these ragdolls its like "I BELIEVE I CAN FLYYYYY" every second if you are panicking in a Helldive mission
Yeah, I know. If it could effectively deal with gunships then I could easily say that it is much better than the AMR. Right now I would say that the two weapons are pretty even in terms of how effective they are.
The extraction waves just get absolutely absurd with these crazy long extraction times. There's just nothing you can do when they are that thick, you can't even lead 'em away effectively.
Love the loadout i allways bring autocannon and comando usually but agaisnt the bots i hate how much u ragdoll but mainly how far the ragdoll sends u flying sometimes just today i flew nearly half way across the map and survived so had the pain to run back to obj
Favorite loadout! Go back and forth with Pummeler primary and Qcannon or Rocket sentry instead of Commando. I’m curious… the Commando will 2 shot the cannon towers, and I hate them about as much as gunships, but I never see anyone use them for that purpose in videos?
Autocannon and AMR basically does every Railgun's job. And they can kill gunships. It's so stupid that RG takes 6 shots at the engine to kill a gunship.
Sorry if you already answered this somewhere else, but how in the world is your movement speed, reload, and everything else so fast? I've looked at my gameplay and a couple other people that I follow on RUclips that do helldivers gameplay and you look like you're moving at double speed through everything. I'm hoping the answer is just that I have a potato computer and need to turn the settings down but thought I would ask. Loved the video!
@@squiddlyboops My movement speed most likely seems faster because I have my fov very high, and this can make it seem like I’m moving faster. When I’m reloading most guns I know how to reload cancel them, and that basically just means that I’m hitting a button such as right clicking to aim right before the reload animation is finished. This will slightly end the reload time early, and it allows me to shoot guns like the railgun much faster.

@@skye3835 In unsafe mode you are able to one shot a devastator anywhere in their body and not just their head, and it makes the berserkers much easier to deal with.
Just tested the Railgun after so long again. And it is dogshit compared to any other support weapon. Even in unsafe mode it is useless and every rocketlauncher or autocannon can do the same but faster. Not to mention how poorly it performs against gunships. You are even better off with a scorcher than a railgun. Can't believe this was the peak weapon everyone wanted to reach and unlock. Now imagine a new player. Going in to the ship terminal seeing that awesome weapon with that awesome introduction video. You finally reach level 20(?) and get the materials finally to unlock it, just to realize how trash it is even compared to the most basic Anti Mat rifle.
@@robertschaffer596 I’m going to have to completely disagree with this. If you know how to use it well, the railgun makes killing hulks and devastators incredibly easy. The only major enemy type that it struggles with is gunships, and you can either just bring the scorcher as your primary, or just bring the commando or EAT to kill them.

If you know where to shoot every AR and also a Scorcher can easily make them fly to scrap heaven. Difference is with all the other support weapons you don't even have to aim in generel in case of the other enemy types. And since you say "just bring commando or EAT" too, you already proven my point. If i bring acommando or an EAT in the loadout, having the Railgun too is just a waste of space. Period.
I'm just so confused by your comment. Did you watch the video? And every rocket launcher can do the same or faster - what? Which rocket launcher can fire once every couple second and has 20 rounds with no backpack? It's not even the same category of weapon, you're comparing apples and oranges. And Autocannon is much less efficient killing Dev's and Hulks, no lengthly stationary reloads and you don't have to be exposed for the length of multiple shots. Being able to eliminate all the rocket and heavy devs at range quickly is the key to smooth runs on higher levels. Using your AR to main against Devastators is silly. The only advantage AC has is that it can kill gunships. I think you just didn't give Railgun enough of a chance. I can't figure out how people come away from it thinking it's so extremely bad, it's like you're not even playing the same game I am.

Railgun would easily be an S tier support against bots if they made it stronger against gunships and heat sinks, can only hope for a buff next patch

Helldivers need to add the AMR scope to the railgun and the railgun scope to the AMR

When I’m reloading most guns I know how to reload cancel them, and that basically just means that I’m hitting a button such as right clicking to aim right before the reload animation is finished. This will slightly end the reload time early, and it allows me to shoot guns like the railgun much faster.
