Thank you for making this to answer my questions. Looks like it would work just fine if you use the stainless Walmart cup which nests around the bottom of the Stanley.
Nice video. Thanks. I bought a little wire cooking screen from eBay that fits im my pouch underneath my Stanley cookset. It is a little bigger than the top of the cookset. It allows it to fit nearly all stoves.
Agree. The Stanley is a good reasonably-priced Cook Set but does not gel well with many Pot Stands. 'Just fits' would make me nervous too. One could, if desired, rig up something to provide better support for the Pot.
PA would that stove benefit/work better if you put carbon fiber or that fiberglass inside of it.. seems like a pretty big cavernous cup that holds a lot of alcohol, I wouldn’t want to tip that thing over accidentally that’s for sure. 🤷🏻♂️ could you do an efficiency test on that stove (using carbon fiber/fiberglass matting inside of it)
Worth a try. I have plans to do a comparison between Trangia burners with and without carbon felt. While I'm at it I'll do a test on Titanium stove. Probably some time after Thanks Giving. 🙂

Good idea, I've use computer fan grates but the cooking screen may work better. I'll give them a try.
Suggestion: try turning the Trangia pot stand upside down.
Thanks mate
Bottom line the Stanley cook set just too narrow for most stands a disaster waiting to happen not worth the headache for me

How does this sto😂ve fit with the firemaple petrol pot. Looks like it would fit.
Perfect fit. I actually played around with the stove and pot before the gas stove arrived.
I just posted a video. ruclips.net/video/JApiS1dMdAw/видео.html
