I would definitely have to agree! One thing I can’t stand as how the smart phone has impacted society with the speediness of instant gratification and impatience. At least when I listen to Brandon talk, he speaks at normal speed and doesn’t talk as though he is that micro machine guy that used to talk in the commercials for the toy. He was a speed talker for sure. So many RUclipsrs talk so fast and edit their videos so there is no pause between sentences. And I feel tired just listening to them talk. But not with Brandon! Thanks, Brandon.

About time! A new update
I am tired of these "updates" Almost every week there are updates about nothing, after them the battery only worsens and it takes a week for some improvement. They deliberately make such updates and can't create one normal update every six months
I have experienced huge barttery drain today with 17.4.1 with instagram in background task. Never seen this but today the app depleted my battery in background (even with background task disabled)
That’s the reason why I’m still using 17.3.1. Everything is alright so far.
I really don’t understand how these peeps are always having issues?
I bought my iPhone 15 pro max in November & I’ve literally had no issues whatsoever, same with my iPhone 14 Pro as well 🤔

Random question, I have two sims. In iOS 17.4.1 I cannot send standard SMS from the second line? Is this a bug or was it removed in an earlier iOS?
In 17.4.1 they never fixed the bug that appeared in 17.4, when you start a shortcuts with a voice from siri, which specifies a series of actions, the shortcut stops at the first action and nothing happens further, damn.... annoying 🤬

How can I get that calendar widget ?
I’ve been having issues with stage manager when connecting my iPad Pro M2 to an external monitor. Ever since IPad OS 17.4 it keeps mirroring the iPad instead of rendering full screen even with the “mirror iPad” is switched off in arrangement settings with an external monitor. Have to keep switching on and off before it works. Sometimes would need a reboot of the iPad for it to work. Anybody else have this problem?

After updating to 17.4.1 FaceTime on my Mac not working and I can’t make a call using my Iphone 15 pro max. When Im going to Iphone settings to turn on “calls on other devices” it’s showing me “cannot turn on calls on other devices”. I try all tips from apple page, both devices are using same apple ID, same WIfi and everything was working perfectly before the update. I called apple support 2 times and they don’t know how to help, just asked me to reset my network settings on my Iphone but it didn’t help. Anyone else with this problem? Thanks 🙏

Honestly I don't even need more iOS 17 updates after this. I hope they give time and most of their energy to iOS 18. Although It would be rare to end on .4 update since last iOS versions went much further.

It fixed my bug that I had that it went from light to dark screen for no reason. And I could not read a thing on my screen.

Still waiting for them to fix the Wi-Fi bugs… on my iPad DHCP keeps failing and for the last few months I've had to manually configure my IP address.
How do I fix my storage constantly being full after deleting photos and offloading apps so I can update my phone?
Icloud photo sync maybe turn it off and on
I wish I could connect some small SD card to my iPhone and unload all photos onto it and leave them off my phone but still have them.
I had issues on battery backup on iOS 17.4 running on my iPhone 15 Pro max but 17.4.1 fixed it.

No one notice that when go in settings - general and the “font” option will delay a few seconds?? Bug since ios17. Ipad os does not have this issue….
Safari bug since ios17.4 when Iphone tab already closed but on ipad safari still showing the tab is open. Even when there is no tab open go clear safari history it showed it will close 2tab but it only have 1tab ….

Anyone been having camera issues? Since this new update, my iPhone 14 PM camera screen goes black then appears again. Sometimes when I try to take a picture the camera will freeze up or turn completely black.
Im using my 14 pro max same as i have used my 12 pro max. And yet this phone after 1 year and 3 months the battery is already on 96%. i never have seen a battery health decline so fast....

I have a 2020 SE and haven’t had a modem update in forever. It’s still 5.00.00 and my cell reception is terrible. 17.4 DID fix the keyboard problem with scrolling.
I think modem updates might end right as the new iPhone comes out.

How so exactly?
My 17.4 was the worst. My phone got hanged multiple times and was lucky even to restart it on those occasions. Hopefully this will fix it
I noticed something that might be a bug. Since IOS 17.4 (I have an iPhone 13), when I want to review a video that I made with my iphone, sometimes I put it on pause and scroll my finger from left to right to view the video frame by frame as if it was in slow motion. Before 17.4, this used to be really smooth to view frame by frame but now, it kind of stutters. It's really not smooth and it's making it hard to view frame by frame. Did you witness the same thing?
I actually had a VERY LARGE improovment with battery life on my iphone 15 coming from iOS 17.3.1. Night and day difference, probably almost 3x battery life!
My beta is turned off but needed 8GB free to update it

On setting airplane mode logo color is suppose be yellow, but keep change to dark red and annoyed me. Then again went back to yellow. Hope not change to dark red permanently

@@YariJaluff I have all background data shut off except for Google and navigation apps. Completely unnecessary to have those on.
It did nothing for my new iphone 15 pro max switching between 3 bars 5G and SOS on AT&T. Probably going to return it.
AT&T was a complete joke for me--switched to T-Mobile in 2022.
It’s the update, AT&T has been messed up since their servers went down last month
CNET shared an article saying 17.4.1 addressed a battery drain issue on 17.4 which sounded very meh.

Hey Brandon, i bought an iphone 15 18 days ago and looking at the analytics data i only had 98,3% when i first looked. Now after 13 Days I lost another 1% of capacity. I dont think its normal and i am scared my battery isnt that healthy and is gone drop further with this speed. Would be nice if someone could help me thanks
There are plenty of things you can do to have a healthy battery life. Plenty of settings to turn off, only charging to 80% max and not lower than 30-40%. I had my iphone 11 pro max for the past 4 years, and not until this year did the battery start going below 90% and huge battery drain after the latest ios updates. Upgraded to an iphone 15 pro max. 2 weeks in and still at 100%🤷🏾♀️
I had my iPhone 15 since January it dropped 1% and it’s been stable since I keep it charged between 90 and 20 and don’t charge overnight and avoid extreme temperatures
