It was a long, cold and wet Winter into early Spring, I'm its almost summer. I remember seeing those units on Ocean Ave right on the small part of boardwalk being under construction, for what seemed like over three years. Glad there now finished, and not surprised they sold so fast, even at those prices. Great video, and thanks for sharing, Sam. And great camera work by Billy. See you the boardwalk this summer.
