      Plus she was stabbed in the back and neck. Like getting stabbed in the back has a chance to pierce the spine, which can pierce a vital artery or cause permanent paralysis via damage to the nervous system. A stab in the back could go also end up piercing the lungs(obviously bad) or the heart. Even worse is the neck. All major arteries and nervous system travels through there and any pierce to the major artery is a confirmed death unless almost immediately treated.

    Another tragic factor about Kyoto Animation is the massive lack of fire safety in the building is a contributor to what lead to this in the first place, as the way the building was made was the perfect layout for a fire to rise and kill. Obviously the whole country re-evaluated their fire safety after this tremendous tragedy.

      @Synconntez 10 дней назад +4

      The whole country re-evaluated what? What are you even talking about. This building is classified in such a way that absolutely no agents that can cause a fire is allowed near it. This isn't the only building of it's type in China and Japan as outfitting buildings for fire safety is some kind of weird issue since there are so many of them. So if a building will have anything in it that can cause a fire, it is designed differently. The point here is simple, NO ONE IS THINKING SOMEONE IS GONNA SET A BUILDING ON FIRE! Had he not done that, this building could stand a 1000 years and no fire would happen as there is nothing, shy of the wiring, that can cause it. Wiring is also done with heat shielding. I have seen it done in the building I worked in in China. No kitchens or anything like that is allowed in these buildings.

    • @PinClockFuntime
      @PinClockFuntime 10 дней назад +4

      @@Synconntez First off chill bro
      Second just because no one is thinking someone is going to SET a building on fire doesn't mean buildings shouldn't be built to prevent ACCIDENTAL fires. All buildings should still be accommodated for proper fire safety and evacuation, and the KyoAni building very much wasn't and enforcement of Fire Safety in buildings was very lax because of what you had just described, but if more attention was given to it then multiple lives could have been saved.

    • @Synconntez
      @Synconntez 9 дней назад

      @@PinClockFuntime The comment is about how every one deal's with fire safety. No building can be perfectly fire safe and utilize three systems: sprinklers, fire escapes, and a long unhindered stairway that leads from all floors directly out to a fire exit. They were up to code as far as a stair way to a fire exit. The guy come up that stairway and laced it in gas and start the fire there, because he knew exactly what he was doing. That said, I am confused about what 'code' you believe they lacked. As I said, they won't install a sprinkler system or fire escapes on every single building in any country, so, buildings without certain things are not allowed kitchens or fire hazards. Actually, many buildings world wide, more than likely one near you, can't possibly be outfitted for all the latest fire escape methods and still have kitchens. Gimme a break. The people in this building died because the guy was smart enough to know how to trap them. As long as the fire is set by an intelligent mind, no amount of fire escape methods is gonna save any body shy of installing a sprinkler system in every building in the world. Good luck with that.

    the girl that cosplays as yanderes
    proves everything that i say about yanderes, yanderes might seem hot at first, or the ones that are yanderes in a comedy anime are entertaining
    but when you see the yanderes written in some anime/mangas that are purposefuly meant to disturb you (mirai nikki/i was wrong)
    they are really fking disturbing and you'd be happy not to have an irl yandere stalking you no matter how attractive she could be
    and whats incredibly hilarious is that this woman attempted and nearly succeeding in murdering a guy, is already released from prison, and has a bunch of fking simps calling her queen just because shes found attractive. imagine that, a murderer let off the hook for being attractive. swap her with a guy and theyd get a harder sentence.

      "swap her with a guy and they'd get a harder sentence." I was with you until this. dude they literally just showed you a reverse situation you were talking about with a young man with people reacting the same way after he killed innocent people, but no no, lets not bring that up, its inconvenient.
      there always someone (usually a male) sprouting this bullshit that the system "privilege's" woman. sure is a lot of violent crimes towards them in the world though with the men getting off with a slap on the wrist which is strange given you think we live in a paradise when it comes to the law where justice is always served and woman are protected, especially in thirds world countries where police do nothing and victims are just left as rotting bodies to be forgotten. wasn't there a severe case just recently involving a female doctor being raped and brutalized by a hoards of men at a hospital and a strike trying to cover up the evidence of it? yeah we sure do have it "easy"
      ted bundy was also treated like he was tragic because he was *pretty* young man who had his whole life ahead of him, nothing of the same given to the 30+ woman whos lives he ended.
      or what about stalking cases? every single of them must be a case where woman were taken seriously by the police and no one got blinded and permanently disfigured for life while the men got out with a light charge right? nah
      r/whenwomenrefuse is chalk full of depressing news stories of woman being ruined and men getting away shit all the time.

    I'm glad Tomita survived such a harrowing experience, I hope she is feeling better both physically and mentally.
    It reminds me of a dear friend of mine. She was in a relationship, with a guy we (thought we) knew for quite a while. However when he proposed, she declined as she wasn't ready to marry yet and wanted to focus more on her follow-up education. He didn't like this, and basically went psycho on her and stalked her for weeks, even having evidence and showing it to the police but they didn't care, and didn't act. One day, he waited behind her house, and assaulted her with a knife, ending her life.
    He got 14 years. 14 years for premeditated murder, and likely shortened if he 'behaves'.
    When I met up with her other friends, we went to pay our respect at her memorial besides her house. We're about ready to leave and stepped back in the car, and around the corner came her mother and her little sister, they stopped briefly at her memorial and then continued. It still saddens me till this day, as the pain I felt that day must've paled in comparison to what they went through, and I'll never forget that.
    Rest in peace, Saga.

As a person who has been doing those things since the 90s that was a bit taking the "shock" too far for people who are just enjoying a hobby for 30 years. Because one person lost it and hurt people close to him. Doesnt mean others who like watching anime and reading manga for so long is a danger to society okay.
    Just so you know, tons of people who i introduced to anime and manga in the 90s are still doing those things today. So its actually quite a normal long term hobby

A gift is something given with no expectation of something returned. You can accept a gift and not owe people anything. *They* decided to gift you something.

    The murder cases don‘t really have to do with anime. This are cases of stalking, attempted murder because of jelousy, murder because of arguments, people being lonely and isolated because of modern society, being bullied, pressured to be successful and more.
    Anime most likely are not the reason for the crimes. There are so many more crimes done similarly to these, but done by people who have no relation with anime.
    You even mentioned that in one case they found video tapes of not only anime, but also other horror movies. Better make a video of how horror movies of any kind can inspire people how to do crimes in a specific way. Maybe include how modern society causes isolation and loneliness which can leed to extreme behavior and crime.
    I don‘t like how the video puts anime in a bad light, even though anime are not really the reason for these crimes.

      Hmm not sure about it being a grammatical thing, but the "u" う in "su" す gets silenced in the end of the sentence not in just "desu" です but also "masu" ます
      However, if the "su" す gets joined by another "letter" the "u" う sound won't get silenced, like "desune" ですね or "desuyo" ですよ
      I think it's more related to pronunciation, kinda like how English shortens "I have" to "I've" or "alright" to "aight" when talking.

    Bro i’m sorry but what kind of girl rejects a man proposing she never talked to (so obviously a creep) and has this little social cues but to accept his expensive ass gift tho she rejected him? Bro you know he’s a psychopath and you’re gonna make him feel like you owes him one ..

      That's one of idols dilemma. Not receiving gift from a fan? People may be will think you as "bad idol". Especially if they are agency idol, they maybe have to just follow the agency's instruction of what should they do with those gifts. But here goes what happened if one receiving gifts from a creep...
      That's why recently, I heard that there's restriction of what people can send to their idols/favourite public figure in Japan especially after the pandemic happened.

    12:05 If telling people to die (not as in dying one's hair, but as in, to cease to live) is so serious, why do so many tsunderes tell their love interests to go die (in some cases, in a fire)? Perhaps that's one of the reasons nobody in Japan takes it seriously when somebody tells them to go die.

    The thing about the KyoAni arsonist is that the doctor who treated him would NOT let him die until the families get justice for what they lost and he gets the punishment he deserves
    One time, Aoba said he wants to go home and the doctor just said "Go ahead then. Walk" after that, Aoba just went silent
