It will probably have a decent have of DLC, but not anything crazy. Pretty much just depends on the movies coming out. Plus at the end of the day, DS doesn’t have a massive amount of characters. The actual roster and things they can do are significantly lower than the Storm games.

No it’s not, xenoverse 2 is basically an rpg opposed to an arena fighter. Not to mention this is basically the same game as before which had a lifespan of a couple months. The game looks nice but it just feels like a fancy version of rock paper scissors
How so? Demons can get assists like slayers do and it makes sense for them to be paired up. For the most part they fought as a team in the anime aside from some 1 on 1 fights like Daki vs Nezuko or gyutaro vs tengen . I don’t see how it’s a mistake
@ well with them being one character they’re losing their demon abilities from the shoulder buttons. I get that they fought as a duo but don’t agree with them losing part of their moveset

Isn't that the same with every single anime fighter? They all have sequals that literally only add a handful of new characters and stages, and then slaps a 2 onto it. Yet no one complains about that. Besides, this is a very, very early look at the game. We won't know what they've added/changed from the first game until they release this one.

Unless they fix the netcode I don’t really see how this is worth buying. Why do we even have to pay for a separate same damn game just for good connection anyways. Guys you can’t defend this for 70$
Never played the game, not going to in the future either, but the animation looks amazing. otoh, the gameplay feels repetitive and limited - maybe its just the players, I dunno. but its like characters do a bunch of slashes, then it comes to a halt for too long of a time as one character knocked down and gets up, and so they start out with the same chance for the next round who gets knocked down in a short combo.. the fact all the characters seems to have similar moveset doesnt help. I get it thats how the anime/manga is, still doesnt look too riveting despite the visuals. I think the Bleach game looks more promising for gameplay. just my opinion. and Gyokkos fighting style should have revolved around setting up vases and using the as portals with ranged moves, and his buffed fish form an ultimate.
I’m just saying this if you did play the game there’s more depth to the game than one combo string there is a launcher variation to set up for air combos and a knockdown variation for positioning and resets and every one has a dive kick type move to either start , extend, or end combos. And your Assists/special moves can combo extend or end combos if you know when and how to use it. But yeah the people playing might not know how to play it well.
