      Thanks Rob, I think it's important for the people starting out to know that they won't get there immediately. There's a lot of learning involved.

    Sweet journey! The Blue Cube game is giving me Geometry Dash flashbacks xD I really like the art style of Deliver the Milk too! It's cool to see the diversity in your games, how you implemented many different types of mechanics and art. I'm super inspired :) Great video and great message!

    Personly i use so much content from my unfinished projects and i most off my unfinished protect is not ubading is more like i left the project bihand because i working on different projects but i have plan to continue most off this project later wean That I will have more content and better skills

    •  3 года назад

      Using your old stuff is ok, I've read somewhere that a good game dev makes one game and then just expands from it, while a bad game dev starts fresh every time. Trust me, you'll probably not continue them, when I go to my old projects and see all that mess that I made, I would rather just leave it like that then redo the stuff, but it's still a learning experience, and you can see the difference from then and now :)

    • @watercat1248
      @watercat1248 3 года назад +1

      @ from my is complete different story most of my projects is large projects that means even if want to im not cable to fhinish most of this projects this way i left the project bihand but even if my project is not finished the have useful stuff for reuse like code and 3D model or even texture but because i still like the idia for most of my projects i continue the project wean im ready meny time is like i recreation because the is in older unity version but i have plan to continue most off my projects wean the time is came

    😅although i hv good experience-in programming,but as a beginner in unity, i always feel overwhelmed at something again n again while implementing a feature.hope to reach at a level where i can make things without feeling like knowing nothing …(23 days in unity right)

    •  2 года назад

      Well that is simply how game dev works, you must go through the confusing part before it becomes natural 😅

  • @Rahulsingh-theraha
    @Rahulsingh-theraha 2 года назад +1

    Did you followed any followed tutorial ?while developing games.?

    •  2 года назад

      Hmm, well I actually never "followed" one, I just watched them to try and understand how something works and then I make my own implementation of said mechanic. I used to set myself a goal and then try to reach it while gathering knowledge on the way, with a rule to never use a piece of code that I don't fully understand. I hope this helps! :)

    • @Rahulsingh-theraha
      @Rahulsingh-theraha 2 года назад +1

      @ yeah I meant that, to understand how some mechanics are made ,and then make ur own implementation of it

    •  2 года назад

      @@Rahulsingh-theraha Alright, then I'm guilty :p
      I watched a lot of tutorials that way during the learning process, and I highly recommend it to you. Watch, but don't copy without fully understanding how it works.

    Am a kid here... pls... pls use different music! The beggining 1 sounds so sad like... if I were to start gamedev, I'll never make it...
    (Course a LOT of time + effort n knowledge, whatever project, big or small scale, no matter how planned, blah9000x 'll fail, more ways to fail, don't have enough knowledge, blah3. 1 best solutions to keep trying, to b able to run multiple experiments... slow2. Slow2.)
    Pls... pls, pick different musicccc

      Alright I'll see what I can do in the future, thanks for the recommendation! :)
