Would you still prioritize luck sub stat if the unit has 100 percent hit chance abilities?
If speed is king, how come you do not run a speed rune set? Or are there particular units you would use a speed set on instead?
Do you ever use evasion set on evasion units or do you still use attack or accuracy sets for evasion units?
Psaro TMR kind of confuses me. It has haste, which increases speed, but does not have a speed stat on the TMR itself . So why use a TMR with a speed stat on it over Psaro's haste TMR? Meaning, why not just use Psaro TMR on a unit like Sephiroth or someone else?
    Great video, this really helps!

Yes, I do run luck on units with sure hit. Sometimes I pair HP with accuracy. Depending on the unit.
If the unit has good accuracy to start with but just need trust stones to push it above 155 accuracy then I would prioritize it. Good examples are Perrene and Astrius (pre lvl 140). I need them to hit evade units, accuracy at 155 range, their hit chance is around 70% against the most evasive units from the side. The reason for accuracy set is mainly because of the tank. Most evasion teams run a tank. With a full evade set up, both Engel & Mont are somewhat evasive. I need my DPS to not wast sure hits on them. If my Astrius misses the tank then I likely will lose. Both him and Perrene has sure hits but only 3 uses each. If I waste 3 sure hits on Mont, 2 to take down Psaro, 1 to remove yuffie's barrier. That would leave me 0 to KO yuffie.
Sephiroth on the other hand has multiple sure hits in his kit. I run attack on him (which I rarely do) because he can KO both Yuffie and Psaro in one hit most of the time.
Speed is King. What good is consecutive turns if they can't hit the target. Speed is generally good for all units but you need to consider what you want the unit to do and what you are going up against. Zoma is known for poor accuracy and does not have sure hit. I would not run speed on him ever. I don't care if he is slower as long as he can land his attacks. He always miss his attacks on non-evasive units.
I run speed trust stones on many of my units. These units are often innately faster and has good accuracy in the kit. The goal is not to get lapped by your opponent. All units need speed.
On my evasion units. I always run luck and speed. There is no better option. When I run triple fire evade, my Ildyra runs luck and accuracy because I need her to land her attacks in mirror matches. During evade mirror matches, accuracy on Ildyra pays off.
Psaro's TMR has 3 speed on the stat. High speed and haste can work together. A high speed unit with hastewill go faster than a low speed unit with haste.
It is a great TMR for Sephiroth but Mog's cloak is a much better choice on him because it gives Seph 5 resistance to all elements. Since these 2 are both armor, he can only equip 1. Bradley's TMR (has 3 speed as well) also give haste and it is an accessory, many ppl do run that on Seph. However, they likely need to turn off one of his own buffs to get it off. I like Alaya's TMR on him better. I prefer Seph with 4 moves and her TMR offers 6 speed. Which compensate for running attack trust stone. Plus, sometimes with Haste, he would run up by himself way too early and 1v3 to death. IMO, Seph is at his best at 4 move and have both his main job buffs online.
When I decide what trust stones to use. The order usually is,
      Left:
      1. HP
      2. Luck
      Right:
      1. Accuracy
      2. Speed
      3. Attack or magic
      Hope this answered your questions.
