    I almost didn't do this one, thinking that I'm not a beginner ... but goodness, I learned so much by going into those 6 movements in much more depth and with more mindfulness. And I really felt that I'd had a great workout too. A reminder to us all (well, me!) to approach everything with a Beginner's Mind ♥

    I have been doing these exercises with you for 10 months now, and for me, they are the most inconspicuous exercises on your channel, but they have changed the structure of my body and made it stronger. Thank you very much for your wonderful work....❤

    I do this routine first thing every day before I do other routines or workouts. I'm amazed by how much my form has improved. I just love this session as it feels like a total body massage.

    So wonderful! While I often hit a boredom plateau around 10 minutes into any exercise session (my short attention span, nothing to do with Rachel), it never hit me with this one. I wasn't counting the exercises and when I thought we were half-way in we were done! I really appreciate how Rachel explains the moves throughout each.

    These exercises are excellent! I like that you go slow and remind us to do the same. While laying down on my belly on the lift up I get cramps in my calf muscle. Yikes! Make it a great day, Rachel!!

    This was just what I needed to improve my mood and prepare me for getting back into exercise. I particularly love the slow abdominal work where I can focus on the breath and make sure my form is good. I find I can go further by slowing it down. Would love a 60 minute version of this session, perhaps with 12 movements but keeping it slow like this!

    Second time doing this session, wonderful pace and prompts, learn more about my body, how each move feels, very helpful personally, as I have to think about movements since brain surgeries due to ataxia- can’t just do them automatically, like in the old days! Makes me more mindful in exercising, though, so can be a positive!☺️ only part I don’t enjoy as much is face down bit, and that’s because I wear eyeglasses 🤓 😂❤ thanks for the Easter🐰playlist, keeping me on track!💪🏻🦵🏻😊

    Sorry. My 1st time has tech issue. All good now. I watch your videos on uTube. Love how you slowly and thoughly explain each task. I'm 60 and healthy. I guess I should do your workout each day. Maybe 2..? Should I still lift weights too?I guess I still need to do cardi. Main thing for me is aging with flexibility and balance to prevent falls. I think palates, just the few weeks watchimg you, is great for growing old. Thank you so much!!! ❣❣❣❣

    I had to stop the bridge pose half way through. The bridge pose always cause my left knee to hurt afterwards. I stretched it out at the halfway mark and it was achy and afterwards could not do another bridge. No other poses make it hurt....just bridge. 1. What could I be doing wrong? 2. Is there an equally effective pose I can do?

      Not to worry, you did great to do 17 mins, next time it’ll be easier and remember it takes time to build strength so please don’t worry. Take all the time you need, a little daily practice and before you know it you’ll be doing the whole session. You’re already over halfway there 🤗👍
