Mmm I wouldn't say competition. Both games, whilst similar in exploration horror, have vastly different styles. Whilst Phasmo locates you to a single room, with the intent of finding out what ghost is haunting the house (giving you that ghost hunting experience that people do normally, even if some of it isn't realistic), Forewarned is more an exploration and tomb raiding sort of experience. The evidence and majei is basically just for that relic, and tomb raider feeling. I love both games, and honestly, if I had to recommend either, I couldn't. Both are great and worth buying, even if it's one before the other.

Bruce saying "brazier" like "brassiere" instead of like Frasier with a "B" was making me laugh. Not sure if he's trolling or it's just one of those weird words he's seen written a million times but never really heard it said out loud. I find those words sometimes too, especially with old fashioned words. Don't get me started on how annoyed I get trying to say the word "colloquialism", I don't know why I get tongue-tied on that word.
Haha. I've done this to myself. Pronounce guacamole wrong to be ironic/funny. now I sometimes have to think about which pronunciation is correct when I'm trying to be serious.
This is definitely not a game where you can just go in without knowing the basic mechanics…. like Bruce just going in and pressing the big square button next to the big scary door. 😂
