I understand everything he does. I’ve commented this before and I’m doing it again… As a kid I got his message loud and clear. It makes so much sense after learning about his formative years. I wasn’t as brave and empowered to live out loud like him though. Not until now in my 40’s. I had a lot of religious abuse. He’s one of the ones who made me feel less lonely. I hid to listen to him and other music that resonated with me. It’s funny, because you can love someone dearly who means so much to you that you will surely never meet. So I've listened to the entire album and as a true MM fan i know with each album comes a message/mission usually its government or religious based, not this time. The title of the album says it all, this is a long loving love/support letter to his fans, to us. This entire album was him reach out to us know we are afraid, feeling alone, angry and sad at the state of the world. From Paint You with My love, Keep My Head Together, Solve Coagula, Broken Needle and yes of course We are Chaos he's still telling us its alright to be broken, sad and scared but we are not alone and we can get through this together. He had me in tears in Broken Needle and hoping the madness and hate of 2020 will find some peace at some point.
