Shalom-Salute! 80s baby from Pensacola. You guys should try another part of Pensacola, T-@-W Flee-market on Saturday for the different fruit and vegetables! Something different to know about the city! A very hidden uncovered historical city. Much Blessings!!
Congrats on retirement and thank you for your service! Yeah check it out we personally love it. We’ve only visited Orlando a few times but can tell you the beaches surrounding Pensacola are hard to beat!
called Gods waiting room due to so many retired military. also Bible belt by day, garter belt by night. huge sex predator population and drty with lots of drugs in most common area. be very careful. still, a lot of stores and stuff to do but very expensive. thats the real reality.
Love the fact there are a lot of ranchers. I don't need a 20+ foot fence for backyard privacy. To tan and swim (etc.) at home, without windows above you, is just more relaxing.
We just returned to CO after visiting Pensacola to look at neighborhoods. We were pretty surprised to find that builders put 1 or 2 brand new homes on lots in the middle of very old, unkempt neighborhoods. It was a real eye-opener.
Very true! We just had some friends visit from Colorado and hearing how they had to shovel the driveway before heading to the airport did not make us miss it!
Thank you for the video. I am getting ready to retire from the military in a few more years and decided just recently that the Pensecola to Panama City stretch would be where we will call home. I was looking for a grappling school with emphasis on folk style wrestling. I found Pace Martial arts does some. Wondering if you have checked it out. Thanks again for the info. 🙏
Sounds like a great retirement! Our son goes to a wrestling club in gulf breeze, I can reach out to the coach and see if he has any recommendations for adults.
Me and my family are thinking about moving to Pensacola Florida and I have another question about the wrestling my son wrestles we live here in Northeast Colorado. How much wrestling are you able to do there of course every weekend for six months we do wrestling. Are you able to still do the same thing within the 2 Hour Drive?
Travis thank you for watching. So we also wrestled in Colorado and to be clear it is not as big of a sport here. The club does run year round but when it comes to tournaments we’ve only ever done folk style. I’m not sure about freestyle tourneys. We were able to do most tournaments in the area though with a few being in the middle of Florida.
@@EmeraldCoastReloTeam ok that’s going to be a big change we haven’t moved yet but I have a house with farm land and a small fishing pond I want to try to find a house with at least 2 acres with a pond that has fish in it and has to be 4 bed room 2 bathroom is that something that can be possible to find near a wrestling gym
Wife and I are looking at selling our house in Iowa and relocating to Pensacola. Hopefully we will be down there by the end of summer. We’ve been to pcb 3 times and loved it so figured Pensacola would be a bit more affordable and we can always go visit pcb from there.
Our best friend is from Iowa, we love how present everyone we met from there is. The drive from Pensacola to the beach really isn’t bad, only gets hectic during tourist season.
My family moved from Pensacola to Gulfbreeze. If you like crime, bad schools, and the local government trying to erase history , Pensacola is your place. Check it out yourself, Pensacola has some of the poorest performing schools in Florida.

Great video! Thanks so much
Glad it was helpful!
I just retired from the military and am staying with family in Orlando but after seeing your guys videos I definitely want to check out Pensacola.

Yeah the main portion of Pensacola doesn’t have much for new builds. You need to go out a bit further Buelah is looking to be the next new area.
Yes, we discovered that there definitely opportunities for a new home in that area.
Moved from Colorado Springs 10 months ago, please don't bring your Liberal mental ideology and ruin Florida like CO.
Well, at least you are not shoveling your driveway in May & June

On a serious note, Chelsea may consider starting an OF side hustle! What a genuine beautiful soul!

@@RogerRoger15 am I right? Beautiful inside and out!
Awkward.. lol
Gulf Breeze’s big miss is no downtown.
Yes it is unfortunate not having a little downtown in Gulf Breeze. We still live the people and charm!

Hello thank you for watching. We definitely chose Gulf Breeze for the schools and community.
