I enjoyed your video. You have really nice taste. I just bought my first set of linen bed sheets after reading about the benefits of cooler night’s sleep with linen. I live in Chicago and I had a difficult time finding a linen color set I liked but I found an Australian company online that sells the colors I wanted so I’m looking forward to dressing up my bed with new linen. Like you mentioned, I always slept on cotton and I wanted to go with a different feel. I’m a hot sleeper so hopefully linen hooks me up with a cooler sleep 😴
In Australia, most people probably pronounce, Cultiver: cult-i('i' as in is)-ver ('e' as in ear)... But, I don't know, this is the first time I've heard of them.
Can you kindly intimate whether any difference is there between products made in Portugal and made in China, I intend to buy “ Blue stone colour “ linen products,
Hii🥰 hhmm so I don’t know about the other brand you mentioned. I only have Cultiver and I’m honestly SO happy with it! They are still looking perfect. I hope that helps! xox
@@jakereder7508 I love linen I think it’s soft BUT it’s not as soft as cotton for example. Linen has always been slightly “harsher” on the skin but I still think these sheets are very soft and comfortable.
Try inbedstore linen I love mine. Takes some washes to get softer. I dry them on low in the dryer. Don’t overdry or use hot setting. Wash in 40. I can’t sleep in anything other than linen now lol Everything else gets hot on me. In winter I just use an electric blanket fitted sheet. The more you wash the better they get. Expensive definitely but I literally love sleeping in linen. They get very cosy and feels nice against the skin the more you wash. Textured but cosy soft. You just gotta break them in they’ll get softer and last ages. Wish it wasn’t so expensive. But worth it. You’ll never overheat like you can in cotton bedding ;)
OMG thank you for sharing this! I've been on the fence about investing in Cultiver because, with the price, it really is an investment 😩 (p.s. love the dress!)
Your so welcome! I know it really is an investment but I LOVE linen bedding from Cultiver. Everything comes with a dust bag which I find so important and I've washed them a few times and the quality is still amazing. Sometimes it's really worth the money because they will last you for so many years. And thank you for the dress, it's from an Australian brand MLM Label (and it's silk!). xox
Does the duvet cover actually fit the duvet insert? My problem is I buy beautiful soft covers and they are ALWAYS way bigger than the insert even though they’re both queens.
These are nice, I’ve only been using for a few days and washed once. They’re not quite as soft as I hoped but still comfortable and maybe will get softer? They also did have some snags in the fabric in a couple places, I was sent a replacement but the replacement had the same issue. I’m concerned about those holes expanding with use. They were recommended to me by a friend but I’m not sure that I would recommend them at this point based on the price. That’s a review on cultiver site. Maybe buy some linen where you’re from if you’re in the states.
@@caolanmaher5907 Ugh I'm so sorry I just saw your message now!! I find linen to be very cool during summer but not too cool for winter. I used to have cotton sheets and I find linen WAY better for body regulating as mentioned by @Ari'el
Hi Stephanie! I can't even remember since I bought mine at Marshalls 2-3 years ago. But I remember that it was from a hotel collection, they usually have a great selection. Be careful with the number of threads, this is usually where your money goes since 400 to 600 threads is considered "luxurious". This is what I have and I don't regret it at all!
Did you know that both linen and cotton have High frequencies! The human body is at 100 and cotton is at a 100. Linen is 5,000!! But if you mix them it nullifies both and brings it to zero! You shall not wear cloth of wool and linen mixed together. Deuteronomy 22:11
Can I sleep with wool and linen at the same time? both are 100% natural I just don’t know if it’s a good idea to do since both are known to flow opposite directions of energy
Please review in bed store linen I have that but it’s far too expensive and they’ve made their fitted sheets too big now sadly I just want to know which ones are softer???
So the answer would be yes...ishhh BUT not too many times. These products are quite strong and will ruin your fabric in the long run. You have 2 options: 1) Wash your linen with a detergent for linen specifically (The Laundress has a product for linen) 2) Second option if you don't want to spend too much, wash your linen with BABY detergent (they're way softer and won't hurt your fabric as much).

If you enjoy a cooler sleep, you will definitely LOVE linen! Thank you so much for watching!!
Are the stone washed linens soft enough ?
Yes I personally think so. I've been sleeping on them for quite a while now and I love them so so much!
In Australia, most people probably pronounce, Cultiver: cult-i('i' as in is)-ver ('e' as in ear)... But, I don't know, this is the first time I've heard of them.
Haha thank you for this! Love this brand, I've been sleeping in my linen sheets for almost a year and I really love them!!
Excellent, I’ll also buy linen products from Cultiver,
Thank you very very much for the guidance 🙏🙏

love the headband
Thank you! I got it from Zara a few months ago, they always have cute ones ❤️

Hii! Yes mine fits perfectly, both are Queen!
I have a question: the linen sheets makes you warmer? Because I live in Brazil, a very hot country in the most months of the year...
100% linen is VERY good for hot weather. I have several clothes made of it. It is the most breathable fabric ive ever found.

I bought pillowcases from bedthreads to try out. Very big huge in fact crappy quality and scratchy!!
I’d look elsewhere.
I know what you mean. Once you go linen you never want to go back to cotton.
This is so true! I've been sleeping on linen since then and I'm definitely not going back to cotton!
@@tempsduncafe9921 I sweat a lot in bed! Is linen more cool?
@@caolanmaher5907 linen absorbs MUCH more moisture than cotton before it feels wet so it’s more body regulating.
