For eComm sites, you really need to use tROAS bidding strategies as each conversion probably has a different value and you can use a single CPA for maximising or optimising your campaigns.

My Projects getting changed frequently. What's the best bid strategy for Real Estate leads in short term say 1 to 2 Months. Most of the time I use ECPC. Please guide.

If the campaigns are new, start with Max. Conversions and then switch to tCPA once you have around 20-30 conversions in the last 30 days.

You can't find out who visited, but you can remarket to the website visitors with more ads!
