Harlow is one special dog. I just love how she responds to your commands. I love soup ad well. Judd gets a home cooked meal even though you dont feel good. Thats awesome because he is your husband and you love doing things for him. What a great wife you are and he's a great husband. Yoh guys do for each other.
Harlow is such a precious, beautiful AWESOME dog!! You have trained her, amazingly!! I'm SO HAPPY for you, that she has turned out to be such a wonderful service companion for you! ALWAYS look forward.to your videos!!
I love your videos. Cheers me up when I can't move due to pain! Even though I live in the Uk it's still amazing to see Harlow progress and you ofcourse as well!!!
Praise God you are accepting the feeds well, I have been praying this new formula would do wonders for you.I will keep praying for you and will praying extra hard that you can start day feeds only soon! Love you and your family hun, have a blessed day!
Love the game "Red Light/Green Light"- Harlow Version! So glad the feeds are working well for you. My daughter has many of the issues that you face. She, too, cannot handle a "normal" tube feeding rate, so we've had to stay at a low rate, 24/7. She also has a formula with higher calories so that we may run it slower. I hope titrating up goes well for you, so you can get off those night feeds! We have the same pump as you do, so I know that alarm!
Its been amazing to see your health slowly improving as your new medical efforts are taking full affect! I cant wait to see you continue to improve and gain back more of yourself!!!
Watching your videos calm me from my stress and guiltiness of things I've done in the world. I thank you a lot, you make me days better when I see an upload and being able to see your chroic life journey is different to all other Vlogs and I think is what makes your videos more special than anyone else's. Thank you. 🌹
Harlow was so cute in the kitchen with no walker. Her face said "no human I am not letting you out of my sight. I want you to be ok in the kitchen since you have not felt well." And yay Judd loved his food and your soup looks yummy. Miss your mom in the videos and look forward to your next adventure!
So glad you are getting stronger and Harlow is so awesome! My "chronic illness" causes short term memory issues, but I think you had mentioned lala leggings and I have just ordered a pair with high hopes as I can only wear super soft leggings or long cotton skirts. While we both have different illnesses, you help me stay strong. Thank you for your vlog.
I found a video of Harlow in Facebook and found a link to check you here in RUclips. I just started watching your videos yesterday, I was expecting videos all about this smart dog Harlow but I was surprised to find out about your life and really made me cry. You're very strong and such an inspiration.
I like your flower tubie pad. Your health is going in the right direction. I like the Princess Diaries as well. Harlow is very good at commands. You gave done a wonderful job with her. Harlow was so cute with ball in her mouth. I'm glad that the new formula is working better. God bless you Jaquie!
I love watching your training games and sessions with Harlow. My SD is 6.5 yrs, and it's nice to get new ideas and be reminded of things we used to do. So glad the new formula is working and that you have more energy and stamina!
My service dog in training is still very young. I took him to a quick breakfast for the first time this morning. He was soo good. There was a fly taunting him under the table. It kept landing on his paws and face. I was shocked he listened to "leave it" and just stared at it instead of nipping at it!
I am SO GLAD you are doing better in so many different ways. It is crazy seeing the change from when you started vlogging to now! Same with Harlow too!
I saw a clip of Harlow fetching the ranch on Facebook a few days ago and have spent the time since then catching up on your vlog! I love your videos and following your journey!
My hubs & youngest son (who went off to college this year) started Game Of Thrones this summer. We binged watched 1-6 & were able to watch Season 7 together. Now the long wait for Season 8! Not usually my kind of show, but we all enjoyed it so much as a family bonding time. Nice to do something with loved ones to take focus off problems & pain. Glad you & Judd have so many things you can enjoy together. What awesome families we have to accommodate our limitations & health boundaries. Adventures with our loved ones are the best. Thank you for sharing your life. ❤️
Glad you are feeling better. Just sent Orion a gift do you have a wish list for Harlow, you and Judd on Amazon would love to send something to you all? Thanks
Harlow is such a smart pup! I love her! I do have to confess. Before I found your channel this was a while back I was at Sephora and I was at the check out until out of nowhere I saw a dog pop it’s head out and starred at me I said oh hi!!! As he got closer I saw he had a vest on I didn’t know he was a service dog, and I turned around and looked at the owner and I said your dog is beautiful and she said something to me but I didn’t hear it, And she pulled him away and I started thinking the whole day what I did wrong...? The next day I found your channel and started watching and found out I shouldn’t have said hi to him. I felt so bad :/ I wish I could tell the girl I’m sorry and that now I know. I know now because of you. Thank you Jaquie for your knowledge and raising awareness for service dogs and their handlers.
DaytoDay Makeup I'm so happy I could help you understand more! But also don't worry about it too much, we get remarks like that frequently and our dogs are trained to ignore it (:
Chronically Jaquie I appreciate you so much! Because of you I am more knowledgeable and happy to speak up for handlers with service dogs anytime anywhere :) I know it’s not a lot but everytime an ad comes up on your videos I am more than happy to watch them for you, Judd, and Beautiful Harlow ♥️♥️♥️. Thank you Jaquie!
You are so good.. I know it's life or death really.. I was born with spina bifida and have treatments and meds I have to do as well..but it's hard to be consistent and feel like a "normal" person. Some days I forget there's anything diff about me. Other days I just get annoyed when the pain or panic attacks are too much. Overall I'm thankful I've been this way since birth, I really don't know the "normal " side. So I'm used to it. You are adorbs.. thanks for sharing! Send love to the fam and that cute lil hippo!
you're the cutest girl i have ever seen and jud is an amazing person and you're so lucky to have such a husband like him ... Harlow is so adorable ♥♥♥♥♥
You can watch my service dog 101 video, that is where I give advice for own trainers. I also have a training tutorial playlist with a few basic things you can build into more complex commands/tasks.
Just love your daily vlogs. They radiate so much positivity! So glad to see you without walker for a while 😀 Sending tons of love & wishes from India ! ❤
YAY! please take it slow being unaided though.. it's even risky for me, maybe suit Harlow up when your feeling brave? Thats amazing that your at one of your goals for formula! I know you show us when you get exhausted, and i know logically you probably did and couldn't get to us you looked pretty darn good! 💜 Harlows Amazing!
Can you teach my beagle to listen like that? I'll get her to teach Harlow to bark really loudly. Either way, I'm glad you're feeling better and able to be more independent.
Great job Harlow! I need training on my impulse control too. Judd doesn't like Game of Thrones but yet Jaquie must wait to watch until he gets home. LOL!
LOL when Jaquie coughed my internet decided to lag and so all I heard/saw was her freeze mid cough and then all I hear is "Look how pretty the sun is". On a side note though! I am happy to hear that your new feeds are helping you much better!!
I saw you have a video about flying with Harlow. When my mom was going to obedience classes with her dog, who she was also training to be a service dog, the trainer (who also had a service dog) told us to buy small caramel cubes before the day of the flight, and give one to the dog once in the air and then every so often during the flight, because all the chewing helps them pop their ears. We never even thought of it but it definitely made the flight easier! Just a piece of advice in case you and Harlow have to fly in the future 🙂
Chronically Jaquie but how do we humans know that? They can't tell us that. And it's not like caramel is bad for dogs. It's actually good for their coat if I remember right
Harlow🐶hugs for doing a great job.💜 My sdit Bailey🐶 might be a wash of being a service dog because she has fears of fireworks, thunder and gunfire gives her anxiety with her shaking in fear........ With my severe PTSD I have fears with the same noises.😰 love your adventures with Judd.🌴
I am sorry to hear that. Unfortunately some dogs do not make it through training, but they can still be valuable helpers at home! I know you will make the best choice for you and your dog. She may be able to work through it, or maybe not. Either way, y'all will find what works best!
Cindy-those three things don't sound like they'd be a huge issue, but it depends on what you do, what you need her to do, and where you have to do those things. There IS ways to work through that though. I've been reading a lot of books on military working dog training for a research paper, and they have techniques to get dogs accustomed to it. If you're interested in those methods, feel free to message me :)
Cindy smith send me a message through here. With MWDs, they HAVE to be able to handle being around gunfire, so they have methods to train out noise reactivity. Obviously there's occurrences where it truly can't be helped, but it's worth a try. But unless those three things greatly impact your life, I wouldn't think it would be an issue. However it's always good to train as much as you can and for as many things as you can
Man I love GOT (I also read all the books); it took me forever for me to get my SO to watch it, and he's so busy with his job we can only watch about one or two episodes a month! But we're finally, finally almost caught up. Only six episodes until we are!
I have cerebral palsy and hydrocephalus and my cerebral palsy effects my muscles, strength, and coordination, it's sometimes harder for me to stay balanced when I walk, or do certain things for myself I can't do them because of my disability, and it's hard for me some days because it's frustrating when I can't do certain things for myself such as put my hair up by myself, my mom usually does my hair for me, my muscles aren't as strong in my left side as they are in my right side. I really want a service dog to help me out with little tasks like getting things for me & help me walk when I'm in public or walking long distances since I do get very tired very easily. Anyway, I love your videos!! Harlow is so cute❤️
I have a video called service dog 101 (: You may find it helpful for the SD aspect. I understand what it is like to not be able to do tasks for yourself. I hope you can find something to help you, stay strong! We are both warriors.
You make training Harlow look so easy. I have tried to get my mom's dog to come when I call with a high value treat, but it only works with a duck jery which Costco isn't carrying. I can't get the dog to come most of the time without it. The dog loves when I visit and he listens to me when I call him pretty well, but not well enough and at times not at all. My mom rescued her beautiful Greyhound when he was around four years old and didn't do training like she should have and when I was visiting I should have done it, I was just into loving him and spoiling him. I am glad Kate's formula is working for you. I hate my insurance company and I don't like yours denying you anything. If they watched two videos about you they would understand how important the medical denials affect you. It is unconscionable to deny you anything for your potts. If you fainted and got hurt it would cost the insurance company so much more money if you were seriously injured and you don't need that. If one can pay the average insuance CEO 15 million plus they can give you a box of saline and yellow stuff. The folks in the denial department should have to live your life for a week or at least be punched in the gut and live with tubes in their body for a few weeks, take meds that make them throw up constantly and meds to give them the poops in a liquid form and make the tush hurt from rough toilet paper just to they get a feel what a tiny bit of your life is and see if they deny you again. I haven't seen game of Thrones and I think the company on my cable is offering series 8 and not the early series and I want to understand the series from the beginning. Did you and Judd have to order Netflix or some group to get the entire series? Genise gets you hooked on something new when you visit her, she is a good friend and I love how the dogs play together. It is good for both of them. I thought Orion was O'Ryan, like an Irish doggy name. Cheers!
Hi Jaquie! So i just found your channel! I wish you luck with your feeding tube and sleeping! I loved your game of fetch with Harlow. I am in the process of geting a Emotional Support Dog or a Service dog ( either one will work for me) i hope whatever dog i decided to get is as goos and well behaved as Harlow! Until tomorrows video, Christian Johnson
Welcome, we are happy to have you! I would recommend my service dog 101 video. If and ESA will work for you, then the long and hard journey of obtaining a SD may not be worth it in the end. However, just know ESA's do not have public access rights. BUT, Psychiatric Service Dogs do. I wish you the best in your journey, I remember when I first started. It was a long endeavour, but totally worth it! (:
So funny story! Before this episode really got started, while you were hooking up to your infusion and feeding tube, I was wondering if you had been able to get to your goal rate yet. Turns out you answered that for me. Fingers crossed you can to day feeds just as quickly!!
For some reason... every time you show us the view out your patio door... to me, the skies always looked cloudy even though you said in this video it was sunny... hehehe I guess that's your weather in Florida around this time...
So happy to hear you are feeling better and nutrition is working well. Love those leggings. How do you know if the IVIG is working if it can take up to a year to tell? Is it just a matter of feeling better than you have in past that is attributed to the IVIG? I've watched your video when you were getting it, but I was a little confused about that. Thanks! Oh and that was an amazing exercise with Harlow. I'm learning so much about keeping a SD training fresh.
Still trying to teach Tucker, to leave it, when it comes things he shouldn't grab, or eat. He also won't drop the object he has in his mouth either. He's 11 years and 8 months old. I wish he could be well trained like Harlow, but I still love him.
Something I've wondered with the cleaning, do you do it with the Vog mask on? Otherwise doesn't the very act of cleaning/dusting etc expose you to a higher level of allergens as supposed to someone else doing it/doing it with the Vog mask on? (This is basically me being very envious of how clean and tidy your home is!😀😀) I despise housework, I don't even have a good reason not to do it.
I do it with the mask on usually but sometimes I forget. Yesterday I remembered thankfully! My house is pretty clean though so it isn't like a ton of dust goes everywhere or anything like that. I just have to be mindful to keep up with it.
I guess when it makes such a difference to your health there is a certain motivation to do it. Bad health days must be awful if you don't feel up to it and then have to deal with the consequences later.
Hey Jaquie, i am so Happy for you that it is al gonna work out with the new feeding tube en that you depend less on your walker in the kitchen. I have a question ... It is a little bit of a weird question and my english is not that good (sorry :s) but can you and judd cuddle at night with the feeding tube and the needle thingie. Because it looks fragile.. sorry for the weird question, just curious.. ;)
My port does not bother me at all, but I am still sensitive with my tube because it is causing pain. But Judd is not much into cuddling, he says I am like a tiny space heater lol. :P
Chronically Jaquie Thanks sooo much for the answer , i love you soo much and i have soo much respect for you that you stay so positive and i think you and judd are perfectly made for each other!! I love harlow too ❤️
I've done all of her training myself (but it is always good to have a back up trainer! I have a good friend I can go to for advice if needed). I talk about how I learned to train in my Harlow video. :) Trust me, learning to train a service dog did not come to me right away. It took a lot of work and I am still learning new things!
Chronically Jaquie thanks for the reply! I myself am getting into dog training and it's good to see a success story and how you came to it! So thank you!
No problem! What I think really drove our success is that I utilized a lot of resources. Books, I had a back up trainer, I used puppy socialization "parties" at pet stores. Those were imperative for proper socialization, but were safe and I knew all dogs had their shots. I also took time off school so I could really dedicate myself to Harlow. I give more advice in my service dog 101 video. Best of luck!
Hi Jaquie😊 you guys beautiful couple, Jaquie next to you Harlow without trying might steal the show? he doesn't even know what a star he is. as always thanks for your post see you tomorrow😊😀😁
Does Judd not like broth-based soups but could be down with chowders, chili, or stew if he were in a cold environment? Or is it more of an across-the-board not a fan of drinking salty liquid nourishment?
I’m right with Judd and hating soup. Lol. I will only eat thick stew like soups and I will only eat it when it’s cold and I can’t eat a lot. But my husband could have soup everyday in the winter. Lol.
Do you get a flu shot? I was recently diagnosed with EDS and POTS, and I've heard people in my support groups on both sides saying it's great for them or it's terrible for them. A couple people have said their doctors say it's a bad idea with EDS, but I'm not sure why it would be. Just wondering if it's a useful tool for you. I love your videos :)
I got behind on videos since college semester started but ahhh this video makes me think of an issue I have gained with my SD. Her potty alert in vest has turned into a whine when on public transportation aka a bus and I know that’s a big nono but I don’t feel that is something worthy of a wash out. Any advice on how to correct this to a double tap with her paw? She’s still only 16 months old so I know this can get corrected! Thought this was a more appropriate video to ask on if that’s okay. Now on to catch up with your videos!
Harlow just keeping an eye on you🐾🐕. I am happy you are doing better. Please just be careful. Only about 5 or 6 ppl that vlog that I keep up with. 💟🌹🐾. I like soup, chicken and dumpling's. Have ya tired potatoe soup? 🍵🍴 Game of throne is a great show. 😄📺👸🙌👑. Please take of yourself! Judd be safe. Harlow the wonder pup pup. Prayers..hugs..love y'all💝😳💟💉💊♿🚽🏥🌹🇺🇸🚨🚓🐶🐕🐾🐾💝
Did you ever get all the medicines converted to liquid form that you were trying to get? Or are you still working on that? Also I'm with Judd I'm not a fan of soup 😁
Harlow, tell your mom to check out the story of "Fiona The Hippo" on RUclips or at cincinnatizoo.org/ She was born 6 weeks premature at the zoo. An uplifting story.
it would just take too much space to mention Harlow's look about Jaquie in the kitchen without her walker?! I love that puppy!!!
OMG Harlow made me so proud! I was so excited that she did so well during training!! 👏👏👏
Harlow is one special dog. I just love how she responds to your commands. I love soup ad well. Judd gets a home cooked meal even though you dont feel good. Thats awesome because he is your husband and you love doing things for him. What a great wife you are and he's a great husband. Yoh guys do for each other.
harlow is a girl

So happy to hear that the new feeding tube formula works
Harlow is such a precious, beautiful AWESOME dog!! You have trained her, amazingly!! I'm SO HAPPY for you, that she has turned out to be such a wonderful service companion for you! ALWAYS look forward.to your videos!!
Wow! The new formula is seriously making changes, Idk about others but I can see a difference in the color of your face and your hair is extra shiny!
Harlow's little "Eyebrows" are my favorite thing ever! They make her so expressive!
She really is!
I can totally see you are getting much stronger Jacquie. I am so happy for you.
Wow, it's amazing what getting the right nutrition can do for someone. I'm so happy for you, Jaquie.
Benjamin P. Totally agree! That, and restarting my needed POTS medication.
Wow, Harlow is such a wonderful dog!
Congratulations for both of you. You're both awesome!
I love your videos. Cheers me up when I can't move due to pain! Even though I live in the Uk it's still amazing to see Harlow progress and you ofcourse as well!!!
Thank you! I hope you have more "good days" ahead of you (:
Hi Rachel I watch from UK as well (Nr Worcester) so hi to you.
Jane Lewis Hi, I'm from Essex!
Harlow is so awesome. She gets better and better every day
I'm happy your new formula is working well and Harlow is so precious!
I totally agree with the idea that all dogs should learn self control. A lot of humans need it too 😉😂
Lol I agree with this statement :P
It's Simon Says, SD edition!
See? I told you that you looked stronger! Glad you're able to skip the walker a bit now.
Praise God you are accepting the feeds well, I have been praying this new formula would do wonders for you.I will keep praying for you and will praying extra hard that you can start day feeds only soon! Love you and your family hun, have a blessed day!

Its been amazing to see your health slowly improving as your new medical efforts are taking full affect! I cant wait to see you continue to improve and gain back more of yourself!!!
Harlow is such a sweet, perfect little angel! You are so blessed to have one another!
There was a lot of good news in today's vlog and I'm so happy for you! Harlow did her training like a pro. :) She looks very happy in this vlog too!
Im so glad you had a good day and you're feeling better! This formula really seems to be working and it makes me so happy to see you happy!!
Watching your videos calm me from my stress and guiltiness of things I've done in the world. Harlow is the cutest dog in the world

The way you handle everything is done so Majestically
Awe thank you! I try to practice grace and peace, does not always happen though lol :P
Awww Harlow is so awesome! Golden retrievers are awesome. My favorite dogs ever ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I am SO GLAD you are doing better in so many different ways. It is crazy seeing the change from when you started vlogging to now!
Same with Harlow too!
One part of vlogging I love is capturing all the memories. Like our wedding is all on video, that is priceless!
Chronically Jaquie Your wedding video is my favorite one! Everything was so perfect (even your mom hitting someone's car haha)
Wow. What a great listening skill for Harlow. I'm very impressed.
I saw a clip of Harlow fetching the ranch on Facebook a few days ago and have spent the time since then catching up on your vlog! I love your videos and following your journey!

Glad you are feeling better. Just sent Orion a gift do you have a wish list for Harlow, you and Judd on Amazon would love to send something to you all? Thanks
We do not have anything like that, but we do have a Patreon page in order to make our channel more accessible (:
Chronically Jaquie ok thanks Jaquie I will check that out. Please think about putting a wish list on Amazon. I am an Amazon junkie lol. You rock!
I am glad to see that you look better and are looking like you have more energy today.
The come and stay you played with Harlow was like red light green light

I'm type 2 diabetic and my dog who has had No training she alerts me when I go low I'm very thankful for her
So proud of Hippo!!!

I know what you mean. Sometimes I get tired of doing all the treatments, pills, etc. But I know it is what keeps me going, so I must!
The fact that she played red light green light better than most kids shows how hard she trained
you're the cutest girl i have ever seen and jud is an amazing person and you're so lucky to have such a husband like him ... Harlow is so adorable ♥♥♥♥♥
Yes we are very blessed to have each other... And Harlow of course! (:

Congratulations on walking without your walker. Harlow good job on training

omg yes you like game of thrones i love you even more now
I'm so happy to hear you're doing better!!!:-)
Harlow🐶hugs for doing a great job.💜
My sdit Bailey🐶 might be a wash of being a service dog because she has fears of fireworks, thunder and gunfire gives her anxiety with her shaking in fear........
Chronically Jaquie
During all these issues...... I become her service human and we comfort each other with our fears.💜🐶🌴
Lauren Stalcup
Yes please!! I only have traditional dog training books.🐶🐾💜
I'm so glad you are doing better, that's great! I hope you continue to get better and be able to switch to day feeds.
So glad your feeling better!
Glad you have made some improvements! Keep moving forward
Harlow has better self control than I do 😂 anyone else?
Cheers!
harlow is such a good pup!!
Your intro gives me the biggest smile 😍😍
Did you train Harlow by yourself or did you get her trained already? Do you have a video on it?🙃 🐶
She trained Harlow by herself. I think Jacquie made a Service Dog 101 video.
Dogs are so smart. I am positive Harlow is smarter than some humans I know. Hahaaha
So funny story! Before this episode really got started, while you were hooking up to your infusion and feeding tube, I was wondering if you had been able to get to your goal rate yet. Turns out you answered that for me. Fingers crossed you can to day feeds just as quickly!!
Will there ever come a time when you wont need a feeding tube? Kate farms is very exspensive but good stuff! Harlow did so very good!!
For some reason... every time you show us the view out your patio door... to me, the skies always looked cloudy even though you said in this video it was sunny... hehehe I guess that's your weather in Florida around this time...
He likes it that little stinker. I love Game of Thrones. I have seen them all and now have to wait for the next season.
It's like playing Red Light Green Light..... SD edition
Still trying to teach Tucker, to leave it, when it comes things he shouldn't grab, or eat. He also won't drop the object he has in his mouth either. He's 11 years and 8 months old. I wish he could be well trained like Harlow, but I still love him.
My dog has no self control by people and other dogs. She just goes nuts and barks. She's friendly, but she just makes her self scarier.
You should play green light red light with harlow lol
I have the same issue with my man. He "doesn't like the show" but wants me to wait for him to be home to watch it XD
Chronically Jaquie
Thanks sooo much for the answer , i love you soo much and i have soo much respect for you that you stay so positive and i think you and judd are perfectly made for each other!! I love harlow too ❤️
Have you taken any public training courses when learning to train Harlow or did you do it all yourself?
I think he likes chili? But even when it is cold he won't drink soup
In the timelaps of you setting up your backpack, the music, isn't it from High School Musical? It really sounds like it...
I do not think so, it comes from a special website full of non copyrighted music
Chronically Jaquie, ohh well... I always love the music you use though!💕💚
Lol at 4:00 Harlow's just like jaquie what do you think your doing.
I won't spoil anything BUT in season 7 there is some epic sences :D
Can’t wait for season 8!
I lost my whole hand this morning. It took forever to find it. 😆
Princess Diaries movies YAS JAQUIE 🙌🏻
reallyjennifer I screamed when I saw it 😅
Harlow just keeping an eye on you🐾🐕. I am happy you are doing better. Please just be careful. Only about 5 or 6 ppl that vlog that I keep up with. 💟🌹🐾. I like soup, chicken and dumpling's. Did you ever get all the medicines converted to liquid form that you were trying to get? Or are you still working on that?
Also I'm with Judd I'm not a fan of soup 😁
Actually we are planning to start crushing my pills :)
Your videos deserve more views.
Harlow, tell your mom to check out the story of "Fiona The Hippo" on RUclips or at cincinnatizoo.org/
She was born 6 weeks premature at the zoo. An uplifting story.
Game of thrones is the best show ❤️ im glad you guys like it.
I love soup too!!!
