The hulk could never hold thors hammer, in the one movie thor used it to pin hulk down. Bruce banner does not have the intention to kill, the hulk is uncontrollable for his early years. Bruce said it himself, he is scared of hurting people in that form.

i think having both the balls impacting the ground at the same time may be somewhat cancelling each other out offsetting the arms 180 degrees may be more effective
Hey Scrapman. Nice video, thank you very much. Next time try this new sensor where you can fade in / out inputs. I'm maybe wrong but maybe you could program it so the arms are slow/less powerful at the start and when the steel balls are at their highest point the swivels would need to work full power so they smash into the ground. Dunno how to describe it any better. I think a similiar example would be a rollercoaster train. To get the most G's you need to sit at the very end of the train. Hill drops are lame at first but as soon as you're getting nearer to the highest point of the drop the forces kick in and you get the full enjoyment of g-forces :D
What I think is happening with the arms is whichever arm has the stronger shockwave it will cancel out the smaller one and weakening the stronger one makes sound waves if someone is screaming but someone is blasting music really loud your voice would get canceled out and it would slightly dampen the louder music so I think something similar happening cuz shock waves basically are doing the same thing that sound does where it's moving air in waves so if you either angle the arms so they'll be opposite of each other so what is facing forward what the other one is facing backwards you can probably get more consistent shock waves because the and stronger ones because the shockwave wouldn't be dampened because of a smaller weaker shockwave and we'll make it faster to so you're more likely to actually get a successful strong shockwave to be twice as fast

So I was thinking that you should make a mech kinda like this that can punch the ground creating a big Shockwave and maybe it could have a special attack that can make the fists pulse so you can kinda punch buildings like that. It seems only one shockwave can be generated within a certain timeframe. I'm only 18 minutes in as of writing so I don't know if SM notices eventually but this is why some of the hits seemed inconsistent. Edit: 21:40 is a perfect example. The right hand hits the ground after the first shockwave was generated by the left hand and before the game allows for another shockwave. It would be interesting to test that limit.
There are now (if I can recall) 4 weapons of mass destruction made by scrapman. Not only that, but there was no changes in the settings or files. Honestly I'm scared.
Turn the solid arms 90 degrees so they're hitting on either side of you and send 2 shockwaves to sandwich the buildings. Also, make the pivots reciprocate a degree of movement but offset from each other so it essentially throws a wild tantrum and see what happens.

did you notice that the shock wave was preferentially only generating from one arm like you'd expect in the things to see it generate from like either both arms or from like a point in the middle or something and just emanate out but instead you can clearly tell that the epicenter of the shock waves was just one of the arms
The hammer should be named "The Hand of God" Also I think there is a method to the flexible ones, you can't just swing it in one go because the ball will of course slack behind so by the time you stop adding energy the ball is still going so I think if done correctly you can get a bigger shockwave with a lower setting. Like say you swing it right, before the arm goes down, at about a 45 degree angle or maybe even 35 degree to the ground in front of you, you need to stop the arm and let the ball catch up and float above the designated impact spot, you can even let the ball get ahead of the arm because when it catches up or gets slightly ahead you can move the arm some more and slam it onto the ground. Its like the difference between pulling and yanking, this way you're essentially yanking a weight from a height at maximum strength instead of dragging a weight because I notice a lot that when you do a full swing instead of pausing, the chain ends up being pulled back from the extra force and it reduces not only the power but the arc of which it travels.
Maybe you could explore how the new levelling sensor affects flight characteristics of aircraft? Does it improve things? Are planes easier to build now?
I'm curious...can shockwaves be generated by a creation hitting itself? The "Hulk Smash!" got me wondering if the game would allow you to make a creation that "claps" to generate a shockwave. Not sure if the physics engine works that way or not, but it'd be cool to make a Hulk clap machine.
Scrapman, I have an idea. If the shockwave takes time to travel, what if you put a series of impactors in a row and time them so that the shockwaves bunch up and hit the target at the same time?
I think the ground has allot to do with how impacts work. I'm wondering if their may be soft spots on certain terrain. If you hit a soft spot, the impact would be weaker. Kind of like hitting a wet sponge.
I wonder how well it would work if you did another iteration of this design where the robot only has one arm, it spins the flail around above its head (like the motion of an actual flail), then brings the whole arm down quickly to slam the flail into the ground. It might allow for greater momentum without overwhelming the physics of the chains or cables

4:06 - it seems that the game didn't had time to clear all the shockwaves generated in drive mode. It has eventually cleared them all.
Strength 4 is like a chance that it will be weak, but also has a chance to be devastating.

With a shorter tether, you treat it like a flail

Scrapman, ur idea is a actual weapon irl. It's called a flail. Flails r like a mace but the head is on a chain attached to the handle.
Scrapman you should try to make a whip in the game, and see if that can make a shockwave onto the ground with just a simple flick!

when the wrecking balls came off it reminded me of the bad guy from Iron man 2 with the whips
