    In Portuguese, the word for "crisis"(crise) has only one letter more than "make"(crie). I remember that in 2008 everybody use this to say: "when some people say "crisis"(criSe)people say 'that is a call for making(criar) new things'. I agree 100% with your advice: "play offense and defense at the same time" to make better solutions
