Belmo literally changed the entire sport, elevated it and influenced an entire generation of bowlers. It’s insane to see a competitive youth tournament these days...a super high percentage are all 2 handed, messenger throwing monsters! And other than an instance or 2 earlier in his career, has been 100% class! PBA is now on FOX. Thanks Belmo. Storm bowling considered the cream of the crop. Thx Belmo. Completely changed how bowlers think about approaching the game. Thx Belmo! Dude flat out changed a sport that needed change all at the right time
Why didn't they move the pins back on the proper spots? Would putting the pins back on their spots go against the rules? At least that bad break didn't cost him the game.
Unfortunately by USBC rule and I'm guessing PBA also uses the same rule if a pin setter knocks a pin down it has to be placed back to its original spot. In this particular case it was really was a major penalty because the 6 pin also moved to the right but the pin setter did pick it up and put down back off set to the right, but knocked the 5 pin down, thus making the split too wide for the ball to fit in between like it normally could on a 5-6. Sometimes you get lucky on off set pins and the pin setter will just hit the top of them, stop and then just go back up without moving them or knocking them over and then just any deadwood that remained in the deck area would have to be cleared manually by someone before you shoot the spare. This was just a case of double bad luck.
It looks like he has a leg issue and doesn't seem to bend like his other leg. Calling a person names, like you did with Jakob, is wrong and I'm sure he's read it by now! How would you feel if someone called you a goober over the way you walked??
